6pm the dining room was blocked off, the staff was just rude as hell, no hot sauce, stated they were out of certain items. Probably because they were to lazy to cook. Worst Taco Bell I've ever heard of. They acted like it was a privilege to get our food. 2 different people just walked out due to their attitude.

Waited In line and staff were not very welcoming and told us they were out of about 40% of the stuff we wanted. Then we nicely asked if they can put extra seasoning on the fries and the girl was being rude (they barely seasoned any of the nacho fries). They were also extremely cold as if they didn’t care to cook them but made the nacho sauce scolding hot and fried out our tongues. Not gonna be coming back here while staying in this location for vacation…

Staff wanted to argue an online order that was paid for and then make the accusation that it was ordered at a different Taco Bell, with receipt in hand & PROOF of the correct Taco Bell and physically having to go in (drive thru employee, inside employee + manager) wanted to dispute and not honor the order, rude, customer service =non existent, quality of food terrible. Drive thru visit prior, the first thing I heard a laundry list of things they were OUT of and what they couldn't serve, nothing else was said like I'm supposed to drive away, but I ordered online & had to wait for the list to end before I told them I was there to pick up an order! There is zero excuse for the poor attitudes, lack of responsibility, an employee or manager inciting customers over a $15 order; being close to my office (convenient) regardless- I will never return.

This taco bell is an abomination. If i could give it zero stars I would. This taco bell is a slop and a complete train wreck. The drive through worker gave me 7 sauce packets for 40 dollars worth of food. Shut the mfr down ASAP before I CALL CORPORATE 😡
