I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anybody. Me and my family came in for the holiday and it was I horrible. We Came into Taco Bell and when we went placed our order the person behind the counter was very rude to other employees and was talking about drugs which I found very inappropriate to be doing in a place of business or where my children could hear. One of the other employees referred to her as Livy or Libby But I went ahead and placed our order it was not very busy but we still had to wait long time to get our food . After we got our food sat down to eat. The restaurant did not appear to be the cleanest but we ate anyways. - And the food was not very good the bean burritos and obviously been setting around for a while and the rice in my burrito was not done the rice was still crunching and about halfway through our meal my four-year-old daughter says mommy spider spider she got up and it was not a spider it was a cockroach crawling so I would not recommend this restaurant the service was bad and the food was horrible there was inappropriate conversation about drugs around my children. We will never eat at this Taco Bell again

I’m not being dramatic when I say I’d rather lick the toilet seat of a gas station bathroom than ever eat at this location again. I’ve never had a worse Taco Bell experience. We stopped by and ordered 1 quesadilla, 1 beefy 5 layer burrito, and 1 soft taco. The place was not very busy, with maybe 3 other parties in the lobby. We waited nearly an hour for our order. One guy waiting said that he has been there for over an hour and a half for his order. The employees seemed like they could care less if they were employed or not. After receiving our food, we headed to the truck. Our beefy 5 layer burrito had a funky smell that had the essence of B O. I bit into my soft taco and it had a sour taste as if the meat was spoiled. I decided not to eat any of it and after reading other reviews I believe that was a wise decision. Corporate needs to do something to this store or completely shut it down because it is not up to standards

It's 4th meal, or quick comfort food when I'm too tired to make something!

Dietary restrictions: I have a wheat allergy. I get a #1.
No sour cream. Pretty plain Jane, It's one of a few safe GF food/meals available.

Ordered chicken enchilada burrito. Add beans. Except they added beef.
I cannot digest beef. Spoke to a very unhelpful manager named Rene L.
Attempted to try to not give me a refund. And has had me standing here for over 10 minutes to try to fill out an incident report (which she has refused to do).
I have very adverse reaction to beef . If I need to go to the hospital I will be charging it to thus store location.
Maybe read back the order

Waited in the drive through lane for 40 minuets! If they didn't have a cement wall around the drive I would have left way before I got my food. And the food was HORRIBLE! ICE COLD, GREASY, VERY LITTLE FILLING IN THE TACOS. $11 FOR A BAG OF GARBAGE.

I’ve ordered from them twice via drive thru, and each time they forgot to include an item I ordered. First time was a chicken cantina, then a Diet Pepsi. I asked if everything was there and they said yes. I don’t know if they’re forgetful or keeping the food themselves.

Food services should be called. Do not eat here.

I had a very disappointing experience today. I visited with my family, and only the drive-thru was open. I ordered a vegetarian meal and was helped by Diane at the drive-thru. I specifically requested everything without meat and made sure to ask for refried beans. Diane had difficulty hearing me, so I spoke louder, but then she told me to stop yelling. As I tried to confirm my order was vegetarian, she kept cutting me off by saying “next” and didn’t directly answer my questions.

When we got to the window and paid, we checked our order as we always do. Sure enough, everything had meat in it. Diane closed the window and walked away, ignoring us. After a while, she realized the mistake and asked for the food back, even though we had already opened it to check. She replaced the order, but when I asked for more fire sauce (we had six items and only got five sauces), she refused and closed the window, saying “bye, have a nice day” with an attitude.

While we waited for more sauce, she opened the employee exit door and told the car behind us that we were "entitled pricks." Then, she proceeded to call the police on us. Yes correct police. When the police arrived, they agreed with us on the situation, but even then, Diane refused to give the officers the extra sauce for us.

I’ve never felt so disrespected by a Taco Bell employee before, especially for simply ordering vegetarian food. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time something like this has happened, but it’s never been this extreme. To make things worse, one of the employees on the food line even stopped by the window to flip me off during all of this.

The worst part? Diane repacked the food we had to touched and opened back into a new bag, likely for the next customer. That's incredibly unhygienic. Taco Bell, this is unacceptable on many levels. Your employees and management should be better trained. Attached a photo of the employee Diana, which might definitely need a refresher on food services.

Taco Bell, or management feel free to reach out. I'll keep this post updated if they ever do.

Vegetarian options: Most likely will screw up your food.

Worst food ever from. Taco Bell. The Mexican pizza was cold and beans felt as if they can straight from a freezer. No cheese or anything on it.

I asked for a veggie chalupa also and they didn’t even put any beans. I loved Taco Bell but after this visit I don’t think I can return there ever again!

It was also slowest drive through I have ever experienced. Took over 45 mins from the time I ordered till when it was ready and there was only one car ahead of me.

Worst place ever!!!!!
