I usually love Texas Roadhouse, but not this time. I ordered a medium Sirloin and received a well-done steak with absolutely no pink in the middle. The server asked me to cut it and make sure it was cooked right and I had to say no. There was a picture on the wall directly beside me with what a medium should look like. He saw he understood and that the manager would bring me correct steak out. The manager never arrived and I thought no one was going to bring it. Meanwhile, I husband had accepted his steak and had to eat alone. He was wishing he had sent his back too. His was medium well at best. He ordered medium also. Finally, when I had just told my husband that I was going to tell him to forget; I no longer wanted it, the server came with my new steak, which was now cooked medium rare. I did it anyway and it was tolerable, but still not what I ordered. We did have a nice waitress, but other than that, it was not a good experience.

Had the best server Saturday night! His name is Ian actually he was training that night but he was incredible and went above and beyond for me and my mom and then the Voks won so it was great Texas (Tennessee) Saturday night

Let me start by saying Texas Roadhouse is one of favorite restaurants but the Pigeon Forge locations was awful! Dinner rolls were extremely hard and over cooked. Our servers was very rude, after being seated we waited close to 15 minutes for anyone to come over. She took our drink orders (all soda & tea), took another 15 minutes to get our drinks. Took another 10 minutes for her to take our orders. They messed up a steak order and when we sent it back she stated I’ll see if they can fix it. By the time the order came back out everyone else was done eating, manager came over and said oh sorry about that, have a great night and walked away. Sadly we did leave a tip even though she did not deserve it! Would not recommend this location!

We had the pleasure of visiting the roadhouse in pigeonforge Tennessee. Saturday evening. Extremely busy, the server did the best he could. Food and drinks were good. Only downside would be the atmosphere. Because it was so busy and people were going in and out fast the floors were very dirty with food and sticky from spilled drinks.

The waitress was really nice. Food was good even though we were late in the day definitely recommend.
We had the steak and 2 ribs, and our server was Nina. Staff was all friendly, and the place was clean and well kept. The rib meat was falling off the bone tender. The steak was a little rarer then I ordered but I didn't mind. It was a good steak and juicy. They also had a small tablet at the table for checking out so you don't have to ask for the bill. If your swiping the card it's done on the top, and if your using the chip it's in the middle on right hand side. I've never seen one before today but it was very convenient.

We always like their food and this trip our service was exceptional, so that's what earned the 5th star. Our server was super attentive. He got us additional warm rolls when we asked. All of our steaks were cooked perfectly and were tasty.
