We are going to start a game - going to various TXRH's across the country to check consistency. We have eaten in 5 states so far, and have not found any variance! The food was amazing and tasted the same as any other TXRH we have been in. They may have unlocked the secret to great food and even greater training in the kitchen. The food was hot and fresh. The service was fast and friendly. We ate at the bar, because that is what we do! The wait wasn't too long at the door for a table, even though it was close to lunch.

I got the ribeye and it was cooked right but the texture of the steak was not good at all it was very soft and not enjoyable, there was no flavor at all even with adding extra salt and pepper I couldn’t stomach the meal. The table didn’t get cleaned before we sat and it was extremely sticky underneath with food all under it. Service was okay just lacked some communication
Our server John/Johnny, was the best of our entire week in the Gatlinburg area. He anticipated rather than just waiting to be asked. My glass was never empty.
