Met two fine retired veterans here. The store wasn’t scheduled to be open until 11 but these two gentlemen opened up for us at 10. I purchased 4 different types of beef jerky. Prime rib is listed as the best seller for a reason. Honey jalapeño is good as well but the prime rib is perfect.

I wish I could give it a zero star. The 2 young people working in here on Dec 9th are rude and unprofessional. I walked in with a group of people to purchase jerky and spoke very loudly to them and no response. I spoke again to them and they laughed and drank their Dr Pepper.

Enjoyed talking to the gentleman working yesterday. Asked about the challenge coins they had on display and actually ended up giving him my Purple Heart coin to display. Went back today and picked up a snack. Their jerky is really good.

Lots of variety, but not quite everything. They did not have hickory smoked beef jerky. However, what they do have is pretty nice.

Just not very impressive. The beef jerky experience brand is not very good at all. This isn't a review on the quality of customer service, but rather the product. We tried a variety pack with elk, venison, and buffalo. This is some of the driest jerky I've ever eaten. The only thing that was even edible was the buffalo and there was barely any in the bag. Any of the basic brands you can buy at a grocery store have equally, if not better flavor and are certainly much more tender. This is definitely a try it once and done experience.

Purchased a product from this store that was 2+ months past the expiration date! Purchased 9/5 with an expiration date in July. Dots Cheese Curls. Make sure you check the dates and watch the prices as well!
Was only able to try the jerky which was great. After seeing the pics on yelp there were other things I would've loved to try but I felt like I needed to leave because the cashier was watching me like a hawk. Had to subtract 2 stars.

Went here today. They have all kinds of Jerky! This place has so many different flavors of jerky. I even found the jerky I ate as a kid growing up. It was the shredded beef jerky. I definitely had to buy one of those. I also bought other flavors of beef jerky. I purchased some Cajun beef jerky, sweet and hot beef jerky, southern bourbon peanuts and toffee peanuts. They have so much to choose from! Pictures below!

We buy jerky from here everytime we come to pigeon forge. Its good stuff! Really expensive, but lets face it, beef jerky is expensive anywhere you go.

Jerky heaven!! We go here every time we are in Pigeon Forge which is about 4-6 times/yr. I highly recommend the Bloody Mary beef jerky!! The only bummer is that right now- due to covid- they are not offering sampling. I can’t wait for that to return.
