We went when the place had 2 cars in the parking lot because we were in a hurry to get to a show. So we walk in and there was only 2 tables with people. Our waiter greeted us and then said if we are ready to order and he hasn't come back, to go to the bar.... and we never saw him again. The bartender was working his butt off. He ended up with people at the bar too, so he was serving them, took our order, brought food out to the other tables, cleaning up, and ended up ringing us out. Like he ran threwhole store alone... which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of none. They were too slow to have a waiter disappear like that and leave his co-worker to attend to everything.

It was really hard to find a bar here. This place was amazing. The guy who was working on 9/9/24 was incredible. Super nice. I spilled my beer and he topped me up. Gave us some incredible samples. 10 of 10 would return

Tylers energy and knowledge of his products was impressive. Beautiful atmosphere! We had wings, pretzels with beer cheese and a chicken basil flatbread which were all delicious. This will be a must stop for us when we are in the area

Michael was awesome at working our rehearsal dinner. We had about 40 guests for an out-of-town wedding, and he was so well organized and made sure all of our guests needs were met. The atmosphere had a lot of sun and it was a great space to gather for special events. He and his staff were excellent.

Dietary restrictions: Great options: fruit, veggie tray and meat items
Very good curated selection of beer. Staff was generous with samples. The GM spent time with us talking craft brew and locations.

A lot of beers on tap to choose from. Food is good and the beer is good but the service is a little sketchy. Lady was nice but she brought us the wrong food and then blamed it on the kitchen and never really offered to fix it. Then she brought out some more food which was actually ours that wasn't quite made right but we actually got somebody else's food and by the time we left that person never got their food. I do however recommend the place.

Horrible food. I do not recommend The Casual Pint in Pigeon Forge. For 1 beer and Hamburger it was $30. The bartender indicated the bill would be around $19, but apparently I was price gouged for $11😗😔😫😫💩.00 like a mafia bar in 1936 would do. I wouldn't mind the price had the food been fresh, good and the place was not so cliquish. I waited 25-30 mins and there were only 4 people there. The bun was hard, hamburger was not fresh and was also hard, burnt, not hot. I didn't eat all. And I was super hungry. The macaroni side dish, was disgusting tasted like spoiled pickled mayo flour noodles. The beer also was not good. I sampled several and they were all horrible.

Where should I start. I like to review every Food establishment I eat at. Well last night my wife and I ordered , She ordered the Boneless buffalo wings. They where under cooked I ordered the egg rolls that were not fully cooked, the dough was soft not crispy as you would expect from egg rolls. Well at 4:36am I found myself sitting on the toilet with a upset stomach. Whoever prepared this food should have not served it unless it was fully cooked. I can not recommend this place. Not a happy customer

Nice enough place and there was a pretty good selection of beers on tap. We got the southwest egg rolls and a mushroom hamburger along with an order of the fries. The egg rolls were good and GF enjoyed them without the included sauce. The burger sadly, was terrible. You can taste the dirty grill and being hungry I tried to force it down. After only having half, I spent a good part of my night with stomach cramps, nausea and other things we won’t discuss. I should have stopped at bite one and asked for my money back. Staff was friendly and bar area was ok. Hotel bathroom had a broken urinal and an overflowing toilet. We definitely can’t recommend this establishment and won’t be back.
