I really enjoyed everything here. The shrimp and grits and butterfly pretzel were my favorite. The pork with gravy was nice too. Finished with a red velvet cinnamon roll. My only complaint was that it was too chilly in there. Need to regulate temperature better in the colder months.

Burger was little more well done than I prefer. But my wife's potato skillet was amazing. Also you have to get a butterfly pretzel best soft pretzel I've had. We went after Christmas during their busiest time and it was a hour 45 minutes wait for group of 7.

Our server Carrie was so kind and helpful and she let me order the vegan dog from the kids menu no questions asked. My partner got the vegan steak and it was fine but we aren’t big fans of fake meat replacements. Most of the veggie options are just vegetarian, not vegan.

If you’re looking to trade the hustle of the park for a sit-down meal with Southern charm, the Front Porch Café is a fantastic choice. It offers a cooler, quieter atmosphere without losing that signature Dollywood hospitality. This spot can get busy during peak lunch hours, so try to put your name in a little early or aim for a late lunch!

Fried Green Tomatoes & Mozzarella are a must-order appetizer. The tomatoes are perfectly crisp, and the addition of creamy mozzarella adds a nice twist to this Southern staple.

Pretzels with Queso are soft, warm, and highly addictive. The queso is rich and smooth—perfect for sharing while you wait for your main course.

Chicken Tenders and fries are a classic done right. They are hand-breaded, juicy, and usually a hit for both kids and adults who want something reliable and delicious. The Grilled Chicken is also well-seasoned and tender, while the Chicken Sandwich offers a satisfying crunch and great toppings.

The Front Porch Café excels at elevated theme park comfort food. It’s one of the best spots in the park to recharge your batteries before heading back out to the rides. And they have great items on the kids menu. They’ve got dessert too… including a red velvet cinnamon roll.

I don't get it. Waited 30 minutes to be seats, slow service, but still expected a good hardy meal. Nope, $18 entree and my portion fit on a one corner of the plate. I ate the dry flavorless food and then waited 30 minutes for the wattress to come back to tend to us and take payment for this price gouging subpar meal.

Food was tiny I would like to get good sized food for 20 bucks. This is a disgrace to sit down restaurants would not recommend. Chicken was good but super thin and small got catfished. I would get 10 times the amount of food for the same price at Popeyes or KFC.

We made the mistake of not eating before going in the park and honestly this was terrible. The burger on the menu is advertised as a steak burger with brisket, short rib, and chuck. We were expecting it to be a nice, big, juicy burger. What we received was a dry kids size hockey puck with a cold bun, brown lettuce, and a bad tomato. We were sharing so we added on a side garden salad which was even more disappointing. We got maybe 3 ounces of browned lettuce with one grape tomato cut in half and were charged $7 for this. So for $35 with tip we left sad and hungry still. For a restaurant that you are choosing to spend time and money in, there should be better care and quality food.

we had dinner while visiting to see the Christmas lights. walked right up and were seated. the food was great. the shrimp and grits with chorizo is amazing. The chicken sandwich came with fries or a side salad. we chose the salad and it was fresh and plentiful. The food here is always on point and we dine here every visit to Dollywood. the choices are plentiful from salads to sandwiches and entrees. Never disappoints and warm red velvet cinnamon roll for dessert OMG. amazing !!

The only good thing I can say is the waiter was very nice. The table was so sticky that the map got stuck. The front porch burger was so dry.. and they do not offer to go boxes 😒

The last time we visited Dollywood, the lines to eat at The Front Porch Cafe were unreasonably long. This time, during the Fall Festival, we got right in.
My vegan dining companion ordered the vegan steak (yeah, I have questions too!) and said it was outstanding. I chose a chicken breast sandwich which arrived on a double-pretzel bun, almost too much to eat when you consider the accompanying fries. It was satisfying, although not particularly flavorful. I give it 5 stars though, for the unexpected value of SO much food. See photo, it was l-a-r-g-e. Current menu price shows $16.99. In a theme park, that can be considered acceptable.
Now this is going to sound weird - but the water was delicious. You know how some water has a taste? Not here - and I'd love to know where that water comes from.

The food is very good, head and shoulder above anything you typically find in high touristic areas. We really enjoyed our plate. The ambiance inside was disappointing and very standard with tile flooring etc, didn’t feel nearly as pretty and special as the outside. Great place overall, would go again for sure. Service was good.

What a great dinning option for Dollywood. Very beautiful on the inside with the old country beams and huge windows. Are wait time of 20 mins to be seated was accurate.

The fried green tomatoes and mozzarella was a knock it out of the park dish that I will be dreaming about for a while. The burger was very nice for theme park food and they offer plenty of options of food especially for a very fried and southern themed food menu around the park in general.
