Almost didn’t eat here because of so many negative reviews but I’m glad we decided to try it out for ourselves. We had a great experience and great service. The food was very good! I ordered the burger and my mom ordered the chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. I love how they give you a choice of what side you want. I got the side salad instead of fries or the fresh potato chips they make. My mom got fries and they were good too. Price was good for the amount of food and it was nice to eat inside. We would definitely eat there again.

Good service, but the fried green tomatoes are kinda sad. I’ve made better at home. Too thin of slices, unimpressive batter. And there’s 5 slices but three slices are only mozzarella, no tomato at all. Only two actually have tomato. Bit of a misnomer. The butternut squash ravioli is really good though!

A lot of the vegan choices people talked about at Dollywood just are not there anymore. The place with vegan corn dogs was closed. After wandering around quite hungry, we came here and had the black bean burger. Wish they would have had an Impossible burger choice but no. The black bean one was very dry and mushy. With every bite we were hoping for that burgerish flavor and every bite was disappointing 😂
Food was good. For 2 people for lunch. 2 meals 2 drinks 1 appetizer. $55.

Below average food (the fried pork was just a thin slice with way too much fried around it).
Slow service. (20-minute wait to get your entree, without ordering appetizers). Very noisy dining room. The waitress did not remove the entrée plates before serving the desserts. The Banana pudding is subpar. Overpriced.
Avoid.

Delicious food. Excellent quality atmosphere. Good service.
There was one downside. The Fried Green Tomato appetizer’s cost of $15 is excessive.
They taste great, but the dish only comes with three average sized breaded tomato slices (think standard tomatoes on the vine from your local grocery store) and two small breaded disks of mozzarella.
My opinion, the dish is too small to justify the high cost for an appetizer. It’s not designed to be shared and a $15 appetizer for one person is steep for a restaurant that boasts costs between $10 and $20 per meal.

Tried to eat here twice in 2 days. Both days it closed early (said they don’t pay their staff overtime so had to close early. Hilarious given how expensive everything here is. 0 stars if I had that option

The exterior and interior are pleasant, but the service and quality of food are abysmal. Three plates served with stale fries, a burger that tasted cold despite just being served and a server uninterested in following up to know all of that. I dont understand the praise. My suggestion is to eat at a quick service unless you want to wait all day for mediocre food and service.

We waited an hour for our food, one of which was just a soft pretzel. The ten dollar soft pretzel was truly terrible. A cold, dense, sad piece of bread with a runny sauce. The black bean burgers were fine, and the fries and chips were pretty good.

They have a vegan steak entree with sweet potato mash, marked vegan on the menu and clearly the best option in the park. Kid’s vegan hot dog also available.

This restaurant has us drooling even 24 hours later. We ordered a shrimp andoullie and cheesy grits , a very hearty pulled pork stew fried cauliflour and chicken fingers.
To start you check in at the front and we were told 20 minute wait but it ended up being maybe 5. We were sat and we perused the menu.
The oddest thing was they were out of the fish and no vegan dogs.
