Loved our shakes!!! Cookie Monster and donut touch my coffee! Big enough to share!

This is probably the worst service in town. There’s no welcome when you enter, you just get ignored just to eventually be asked, what do you want? And the service is slow. Don’t bother handing over your hard earned money to this place.

kids working u can get souvenir cup mason jars but a regular
milkshake is 9 bucks

Donut order the donut ice cream with the donut on it. Ours needed an axe from the lumberjack show to cut through it. This thing was more solid than some of my family members

Ice cream was great. Big portions, filling but a little pricey. They have several pre designed shakes and bowls but also the option to design your own. Pay a few bucks extra and you get a commemorative Mason jar to keep you have to spend another dollar to get a lid for it. They have a big community sink and scrubber to wash out your jar to take home but it seems a little weird after everyone else has used it

Waited over 30 minutes for ice cream. There was no line in front of us or behind us. Only 2 other groups in the shop when we ordered. One of which was already eating.

Quality product, We enjoyed our Milkshakes.

Pay $19 for something that looked nothing like the picture. Two small cupcakes that were the size of a quarter and the icing was horrible. Even when independently owned, they should still be responsible to uphold franchise quality

The ice-cream was so good and the presentation was phenomenal. The price is a little high but this is a tourist spot. I would recommend this place to anyone. Highly recommend.

For the cost of the Peanut Butter Perfection the one thing lacking was actual peanut butter flavor! You get more of the generic whip cream than anything else. The ball of cookie dough was tasteless, crumbly and old. The menu looks fun and when you think about the combinations would be a great treat, however, the execution here just didn’t work. If you’re looking for a very expensive bowl of sweet tastelessness go ahead and waste your money. Otherwise I’d go for a DQ sundae.

Very slow service. The girl working the register should have stopped taking orders and helped the only worker making the orders. At one point there were 30 plus customers standing elbow to elbow by the restroom. We waited a little over 40 mins for a few cups of single scoop ice cream. 1 person making the orders is not enough. Ice is nothing special for that wait. Customer service wasnt bad, but no thank yous or smiles or anything.

Very good!! Loved the mason jar you get to take home too. It’s a little pricey if you get the pint that includes the jar but it’s worth it. The way they decorate your jar with treats makes the experience very unique. And the ice cream was very good
