Sat in an hour of jeep invasion traffic walked in 8:03 to be told they close at 8’when the lobby is full of people and workers standing around doing nothing. How does an ice cream shop close at 8???
Edit:
Two years later and its still as good as the first time!! This place is awesome!!! Busy busy busy, but the milkshakes are amazing. It's definitely something you need to try!!
First time in Pigeon Forge or ANYWHERE for that matter and going to the Milkshake Yard was a MUST for us. Absolutely couldn't wait. Paid $100 for fancy Milkshakes . But the problem was, the teenage girls who are working there, seriously need to be fired or have someone older to help manage that place better. I have a medical condition that's called bells Palsy which is where half of my face is paralyzed.. Those teen girls kept giving us hateful looks and I sure don't appreciate that after how far we traveled and how much money we spent there and even though they gave us snarky looks, we still remained KIND to them. But we WONT go there again. Also a group of old ladies, Im not sure if they were locals but kind of acted like they knew the place well so I may just be assuming but they were sitting at a table staring at us for 10 min because I took a picture of the ((((YARD SIGN))) on the wall and I just felt completely embarrassed and felt uncomfortable 😔. I don't understand how this hateful ice cream place is even still in business. Also, the donut on the coffee milkshake was stale, tasted like it was a week old. Ice cream itself is watery. $20 each for watery stale shakes. Looks pretty, but didn't taste how it looked. They are definitely fooling a lot of people. Wouldn't recommend
For those who are extremely allergic to Dairy I want to say now there is no dairy free ice cream just toppings. In previous comments they stated there were dairy free options and accommodating they were just speaking about the toppings! Anyways, I had to leave the store due those comments giving me false hopes and finding out in person all the ice cream had dairy.
Ice cream and milkshakes are awesome!!
Great place to pick up a sweet treat!
Very good ice cream... homemade and creamy! The cinnamon tastes just cinnamon toast crunch! Great spot!!
Fast, friendly service, you can easily split one of the Mason jar desserts with someone, they’re huge!
Tasted great, did take a minute to make but it is busy in there!! A little pricey, but everything in pigeon forge is! We went back another night because it was just so goooood!
Best milkshakes

Expect to wait an hour plus for your ice cream but it is super good. We didn’t get the specialty milkshakes just bc we didn’t want to wait and opted for the pre-made ice cream in the fridge and for 3 mason jars it was over $50
Went here seeing the delicious looking pictures and was very disappointed. We paid upwards of $40 for 2 milkshakes and they were simply disappointing. It tasted like they used the cheapest ice cream possible with some hersheys syrup then plopped a brownie on top. Absolute disappointment. If you want good ice cream go to Rita's or the island creamery NOT THIS PLACE!
Can definitely share was really yummy
Amazing ice cream and milkshakes. We're thoroughly stuffed and debating food comas now. I loved all the little details, like the mini cookies on the side of the milk & cookies milkshake, the layer of cookie dough in my Chocolate Chip Combo. SO good. If there was one of these in my town, I'd be 20 lbs heavier but 20x happier 🤭 Thank you guys for dealing with our big group & happy birthday singing!
My milkshake is better than yours.
