As many times as we have went, this by far was the worst experience. The gentleman who didn’t greet us at the counter, acted irritated we were there. Asked for a kids menu and he handed us a takeout menu. When I asked what drinks were drinks he never answered. He was on his phone the whole time. He answers the store phone and confirmed he was the manager. When he brought the food to the table he placed every plate in front of my husband. Every plate when I grabbed them and passed to the person (kids) he literally rolled his eyes. Our daughter found a long hair in her taco and he snatched the plate and said I’ll get a new one. He just didn’t act like a manager or that he had any customer service skills at all.

If I could pick negative one it would be this place!!! Service was horrible my order was incorrect they wouldn’t remake or refund me my money!!! I will never go to this place!!! I left the food there that’s how disgusting I was with customer service and how he treated me!! If you wasn’t going give me my money back you could have remade it at least!!!

Order hard shell tacos and nachos, everything was amazing and great quality! Nachos are very generously proportioned. The sauce bar is an added bonus with over 10 different flavors to choose from

Honestly, I don’t even know what to say. Visited with my son and husband. My husband absolutely loves Tijuana he’s from Florida and ate there often. We ordered 2 orders of dos tacos the exact same way and a quesadilla for our son. We also ordered a large queso. We waited 30 minutes and nothing ever came to our table. No “it will be out soon or anything”. After 30 minutes of waiting my husband finally mentioned we didn’t get our chips and queso and the manager said “ you only ordered a large queso”. Since when do you have to mention you want chips with a large queso. Not only that but was not apologetic and after 30 minutes of waiting the food we finally got was cold.

Fun time for the kids. Played tic tac toe and a crossword. Food was great both the tacos and quesadillas. Glad to have this around after frequenting them in FL. Always enjoy the smack my and call me sally sweet chili sauce!

I’ll preface this review by saying: 𝑫𝒐 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑮𝒂𝒕𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒃𝒖𝒓𝒈! We originally ordered delivery through Tijuana Flats’ app with a delivery window estimate of 60-90 minutes. Two hours later and three phone calls placed to the store’s number, someone finally picked up our third time calling. We were told the store would cancel the order after it had been made and set on the shelf waiting for a Dasher for 2+ hours.

Half an hour later, a text came through saying a Dasher was picking up the order. We had to call DoorDash to actually have the order canceled.

Since the family was really looking forward to getting our Flats fix, we decided to visit the store in person the next day. The store wasn’t overly busy, and seemed in decent shape. We had moderately attentive order takers at the counter, but had to walk up for refills. A very different experience from most Tijuana Flats we’ve visited.

Most dismaying is the gap in the women’s restroom door my wife identified while washing her hands. With the door seated and locked, there is a significant gap in the door. It also looks like they have an outdoor seating area that got partially wiped out at some point and whose remnants are hanging out.

Bottom line, decent food but plan to get it to go and pick it up yourself.

Honestly one of the best places we ate at in Pigeon Forge. No wait (even on Saturday!) friendly staff, and reasonably priced food that was delicious. I got the chicken street tacos and chips. They have lots of fun self-serve sauce options. I liked the Jason’s Mom one. It’s in a strip mall by Food City so easy to park. Hidden gem for fast casual or anytime!

Food was so bland and rice was undercooked. Tortilla and dips were awesome. Service and atmosphere was welcoming though.

Food is always fantastic here. Everyone has been friendly and accommodating each time I've been in with my wife. Food is filling and stays with you and the prices are not bad. I recommend

It was classic Tijuana Flats. I was happy we found it. Missed it since it closed where we used to go. Bought sauces, had queso, and two tacos. Probably coming back later this week.
