Our group had the Beyond Burgers with fries which we all loved. We also got a vegetarian Wildwood Grove Rice Bowl that was very good.
My rating is based on this being a theme park restaurant. We spent about $85 for 6 people. Three kids had chicken tenders and fries, the 5 year old went with the PB&J, my wife had a burger and fries and I had a chicken rice bowl. Everyone was happy with their meal and the price wasnt too bad. Again, based on theme park food. We got to sit outside under the covered pavilion and by the time we were eating dinner, it wasnt busy at all. Dollywood was a huge hit with the family and this was a decent meal.

Really wish I hadn't wasted one of my festival food items on this. Everything we got here was awful. The loaded street fries didn't look like the picture at all, it was a tiny serving, and none of the toppings were fresh. The chicken nuggets were heavily breaded, overcooked, and all but inedible. The nachos had an okay flavor but the chips were already soft. We ended up spending close to $60 and most of it was trash. It felt like we were getting food out of the school cafeteria. Do Not recommend the food. Plenty of seating though so if you need a place to gather to get out of the weather, it's good for that.

Vegetarian options were a beyond burger that’s not listed on the menu and loaded street fries. We got the beyond burger with crinkle fries and it was a decent option.
Ooof we just waited forever just to get up to the register and the worker walked away with no replacement. Then proceeded to get skipped over by everyone behind us in line. Not one single person apologized or tried to remedy the issue.

Vegan options are few and far between at Dollwood. At the Till and Harvest they do a Beyond burger and fries (labelled plant burger) which was a much welcome lunch in the middle of the day. Our server was a bit confused when we asked, but the Supervisor/Manager was all over it and knew what we were after. It was a 15 minute wait after ordering which they told us at the time and I sensed we were the first to ask for a vegan burger in a long time. This won't be the finest meal a vegan has ever eaten, but it's an appropriate option in a theme park.
This was such a horrible experience!! I had to wait 30+ minutes for my veggie burger while groves of people came and went. When they finally brought it, it was only half cooked like pink slimey, mushy undercooked. I had ordered a veggie burger with cheese. The slightly cooked one they gave me had no cheese and for some reason a gluten free bun? They didnt offer to give me my mom or autistic son's food while we waited on mine. As they were finally plating our tray they asked a different customer who'd only been waiting 5 minutes if they would like the rest of their food while they waited. My son and mothers food was cold from waiting off the warmer too long. When we brought the burger back they took it, trashed it and said they didnt have any more of the veggie burgers at that point we just got a refund. I have never in my entire life asked for a refund from a restaurant before now. I dont send food back like that. It was horrible and they were so rude about it.

The food here is average at best. The cashier acted like she didn't want to be there. I get that their busy but when they couldn't even be bothered to smile or even talk... seriously they didn't even say "I can get you here" they made eye contact and forced a smile. I gave them my order and the cashier told me how much it was handed me a receipt. I get working with the public can stink sometimes and it may have been a bad day which is why ill give service just two stars instead of one. I ordered two kids PB&J for the kids and they were stale. My wife ordered chicken tenders and fries. Which Ill admit were pretty tasty. The eating area was just a basic picnic area with ceiling fans and it was HOT. Cant fault them on the heat though. It is Summer after all.

Don't order vegetarian food. They will put your ticket to the back and you will be waiting more than 30 minutes for a veggie burger. Over 50 tickets were served ahead of us because they don't cook the veggie burgers when the orders come in.

I'm allergic to dairy and the staff here was amazing, especially the assistant manager. Not only did they let me check the ingredients, but they also offered alternatives. ABSOLUTELY amazing!!

Okay place for a meal during your trip to the best park in the world. The eatery is okay but they could do much better. They clearly do not match the level of the Dollywood theme park. The Chicken, kale, etc salad did not feel fresh at all.

The kitchen doesn’t know how to make a grilled cheese. Instead of using their flat top they put it in an oven making it seem as if they just melted a slice of cheese on a crouton. Worst grilled cheese of my life, not exaggerating.

Do not get the cheesy melt thing. Get the nachos, they are pretty decent! They clearly don't have the tools in their kitchen to make a grilled cheese. I think they use a toaster oven. They had three tries and never got the cheese melted. I want to laugh but I mean....I knew how to make a grilled cheese sandwich when I was 9 years old. And oh yeah it has bacon on it-that isn't listed in the sandwich description-that is also barely cooked. I have had better grilled cheese sandwiches in a hospital cafeteria.

GF burger, fries and brownie (not pictured). Best GF options in the park to me. And the sweet baby ray's bbq sauce takes the burger to the next level!!
