We ordered the street corn salad. It was terrible. The chicken was a gross texture and there were only 5 corn kernels in the whole salad. The chicken tenders were fine, but the mac and cheese was cold.

Very busy. Herded people through like cattle. Paid $39 for a burger and fries and nachos. Food was cold. Very cold. Burger tasted like a school cafeteria burger. Nachos were soggy but toppings were good. Drinks were almost pure carbonated water. Do not recommend. Extremely disappointed and will never eat there again.

This place needs a recent review. The photos of chipotle style where you see all the fix-ins... that set up isn't there. Ordered chicken and rice and it was quite good. Pickled mangoes and lime rice. Ordered the kale salad with chicken . Lacking in kale but good. $12.99 each. Basic hot dog next door was $9. Ouch. It's over by Big Bear and some kids rides. Shaded seating.

I'm surprised at the ratings here! We had very good service and food while visiting for the first time. The cilantro rice dish wasn't overly filling, making it a win in my book.

This was the best meal I had at Dollywood, but some of my family members didn't have the same experience. The chicken and rice was excellent. The Kale salad and chili beef macaroni and cheese were good. The hamburger was not great. We ordered a regular cheeseburger and a cheeseburger with no bun, but it came with a bun. We asked them to fix it and they put a patty and a slice of cold cheese in a basket and gave it to us. I would rank it a 5 for my dish alone, 4 for the salad and mac & cheese, but a 2 for the hamburgers. Four is an average.

Short line on a Monday food was as good as any fast food. No it's not 5 star dinning and no it's not dirt cheap it's in an amusement park nothing is never cheap in a park.

I'm giving this a rating of 1 just because of the sneaky extra charge. My mother and I both ordered the Ancient Grain and Wheatberry Bowls. It's kinda like Salsaritas in that you pick your protein and toppings. The toppings consisted of lettuce, cheese, salsa, guacamole and sour cream. We both added all of the toppings. Imagine my surprise when I received my receipt and saw a $4.98 chage for guacamole! It was there mixed in the other "free" toppings and at no time were we told there was an additonal cost for about 1/8 scoop of guacamole! We both had the chicken as our protein and they were pretty skimpy on the chicken.

We ate here last year and it was pretty good. We had nacho bowls with steak today and the seasoning on the steak didn’t blend well with the rest of the dish. The chips were terrible. There are so many great places to eat at Dollywood. I hate that I wasted my money and appetite on this place. We will not eat here again.

One star review just for bad service at the register. The cashier named Brenda charged us for guacamole. When we questioned the amount on the bill and told her that we didn’t even want to buy guacamole she just made a smug facial gesture like oh-well. Even told her that the server said there was no charge. Brenda still charged us for it.

Slightly above average theme park fare. The Chicken tenders were flavorful and the nachos were good. It’s a great place to take a break from the heat.

The bottled water was cold. All the vegetables were warm. Warm lettuce,, warm pico or salsa or whatever, warm guacamole, warm sour cream, tepid beef. One bite and right in the bin. I've had diarrhea before, not interested in doing it again tonight. Employees are all young go getter college students I'm sure.

Clean & shady eating area…and now the reason for a 1star rating. This photo is what we based our dining decision on and so when our family of 8 stepped up to build our Bowls (rice/ancient grains) we were instantly disappointed. The chopped protein choices were dry and unappetizing. The portions were very skimpy. This was the very first crew that was unhappy & unhelpful. We are at 6pm during The Summer Solstice-extravaganza and had only one family in line with us…Wildwood Grove is the BEST and most lovely late day spot in the Park, please bring this dining option up to Dolly standards.$$$

Food is gross and charge arm and leg for it. And people work there are the slowest I have seen and seem to not care. Go somewhere else, lot of other options in the park

Iam not over exaggerating when I say the food is overpriced cafeteria food, the food was okay the 1st time we came here it was meh something we stopped through because it was hot and the kids were hungry second time was no better but worse, on top of that our first visit I assumed the bad customer service and dirty tables and restraunt was from how busy they were that day. When we came back to dollywood we found our self back here due to convenience but they weren't even busy the customer service was still bad and the restraunt was dirtier than the last time, tables were dirty nothing was stocked at the drunk station and menu was limited on options spend 40 dollars on a rubber hamburger with fries and 3 piece chicken strip with fries ?
