Timberwood Grill

The server and staff were all professional and did a great job. but we found the food underwhelming.

The dishes we tried were average in flavor and lacked the attention to detail one would hope for at this price point.
The cheese bite appetizer was delicious but the rest of the food arrived lukewarm.
It’s clear the restaurant has potential, and perhaps it was just an off night. With some improvements to consistency and quality, it could become a solid choice. For now, though, it lands somewhere in the middle—not terrible, but not memorable

Great place great food and service

Very disappointed in this establishment! I came in to enjoy lunch with my family while visiting the island. I have celiac and I made it very clear to them how serious my condition is when it comes to gluten. They offered me a gluten-free menu but did not take it serious. They acted as if my request were inconvenient to them. When my food arrived. It was messed up and there was gluten on my plate. Instead of getting brisket, I was served fried chicken strips. When reporting it to the manager, they did not seem to be bothered at all.

Overall our meal and experience was ok. The food was all pretty good but had some issues. The pulled pork nachos and ribs have no smoke flavor witch is terribly disappointing for BBQ, especially being in TN. The Mac and cheese came out cold, and somehow how half of the burger was cooked to a hockey puck. Maybe we had some bad luck, but heed my warning. The staff was all very friendly and service was quick.

Steak was tough as a rock. Brisket was dry. The Shrimp was the only thing worth eating. Way over priced for you get. Won’t be back!

After spending most of the day at the island, we were absolutely starving and decided to try Timberwood Grill. Phillip was our waiter, and let me tell you — our party of 12 received top-level service. The portions were generous, and we’re all still raving about how incredible the food was. Don’t hesitate — you will not be disappointed!

Wow, what a find. The food was amazing and the drinks were so good. Our 2 beautiful servers were amazing and so sweet.

If you love bloody mary's and extra dirty martini. AMAZING

Awesome place and food, we've been many times. Only thing is they should ask if you would like to be seated inside or on the patio. We're not a big fan of dining outdoors while there were many empty booths inside.

Ordered takeout. Felt like the bartender was trying to rush us out. Chicken tenders and fries were cold, bison burger was tough and flavorless

Second time here our first experience was okay.... HOWEVER THIS TIME AROUND WAS GREAT! Everything from the food to the service was excellent.

Good food, quick service and nice atmosphere. I'd go back.
