No one ever answered the drive thru speaker, so I drove up to the window to tell them that I had a mobile order. My frostys were melted, then my burger was so dried out, the meat and part of the bun both, I barely got any fries. Not a great experience.

We waited in line for 50 minutes. They only took 1 car at a time and it took about 20 minutes per car. When we got our food and went back to our hotel room, we found out that there was plastic in the nuggets. Don't recommend it late at night.

I order a carry-out order and I go to walk inside and it’s locked after knocking the lady mopping decided to look at us then walk and hide then after 10 minutes tells us we have to go through the drive through so we have to call a car but the man at the window was respectful about it

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, and no one ever took our order . Sooo we went inside and there's a line wrapped outside and a line wrapped inside. Stood in line for a other 30 mins then finally we were the next to order and we legit waited 15 minutes before asking hello can we order? I get it ..y'all are busy. But completely ignoring people in the drive thru .... As well as inside the. Having 3 people working on JUST fries alone???? What??!!! HEY HIGHER UPS YALL NEED TO COME ON DOWN TO THIS LOCATION AND PROPERLY TRAIN THESE WORKERS ON HOW TO KEEP THE FLOW GOING.... 3 PEEPS ON FRIES?????!!!!! REALLY???? UGH!!!! SUPER ANNOYED!!!!

We were at the ordering stage of the drive thru waiting for 20 mins no one picked up and told us they were closed. They told us to wait a minute then never came back. They weren't supposed to be closed at that time.

The service was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. It clearly states that the establishment closes at 1a.m and I drove here at 11:58p.m when I drove through the drive through, despite seeing staff inside, they proceeded to complete ignore my car even when I tried to get their attention. This is highly unacceptable.

don’t order door dash from this location emplyess was rude to the dasher i had items missing whoever the manager is at this location needs to train their employees to do better

Foods alright the lady up front sat on her phone for like a solid 5 minutes before even acknowledging my existence. Tried to make small talk she was very standoffish and sorta rude but I guess that's what I paid for lol

Local and have ate here my whole life. This Wendy's has gone downhill so bad. Takes forever to get food, orders wrong and food cold. The last time I ate here they told me they were out of chicken for a chicken sandwich. Seems like they are trying their best to run customers off so they do less work, like Krystals in sevierville has done. And cannot understand lady at drive thru.
