Call this place SLOW FOOD. BECAUSE YOU WILL BE ALL DAY AND THE NEXT DAY GETTING IT. I THOUGHT FAST FOOD MEANS FAST FOOD BUT NOT HERE. 🙏🏽🙏🏻

Ordered salad expecting to get a
Salad for dinner. It was the size of a side salad. Last time I go to Wendy’s for a salad. Very disappointed. Waste of money and time.

Once arriving at the window to pay I handed the worker my card. Another worker gave me my food. I proceeded to wait several minutes because their card machine went down. The employees were nice and helpful but the manager was down right rude about the situation. She told me she always carry’s cash for when things like this happens and scoffed and made me pay with the only cash inside which was $6 before she would run my card. Your managers need better customer service skills like their employees have

-Update: they reversed their strawless approach. This is great but they're still the slowest Wendy's ever. Also don't ask me if I want butter and sour cream for my baked potato if you're not going to give them to me.

These really smart people decided to go strawless and instead use a lid with a wide opening. This would be fine in most circumstances except that the ice they use is just small enough to pass right through. Congratulations you've made drinking soda a choking hazard.

I think where it says DoorDash, it should say the full name, and DoorDash, instead of the initials and DoorDash, which is what I noticed first. I had 2 orders yesterday put on the mobile order pickup stand saying R.V. and it took me a minute to notice they weren't the same order, and to see which name is which. Now why would you put 2 orders that have R.V. side by side and not have the name more noticeable instead of the initials?

Waaaay too long of a wait. The Jr. Bacon cheeseburger doesn't come with shredded lettuce. It's a wendys, get it together. Tighten up.

Poor customer service, I tried to place an order in the drive thru night 20 Aug but the young lady taking my order was trying to rush me while I was ordering and then cut me off while I was still trying to order and what I was able to order she got wrong I tried to go inside to order but the lobby was closed so I left and went to McDonald's and they got my order correct and let me complete my order without interrupting me

Stay away from this location. I had the worst experience at this Wendy's location. I placed my order ahead on the app for dine in while in the parking lot. As I get down to go in, to my surprise the doors were locked. There were people eating inside, and according to their hours the lobby should have been open, but yet doors were locked. Someone that was eating inside was leaving and warned us to go elsewhere, as that location was no good. I attempted to pick up my order through the drive thru, but the worker kept telling that I needed to go in since my order was for dine in. I kept repeating to them that their doors were locked and I could not go in, but they would respond the same thing that I needed to go in. I attempted to go in, but yet again doors were still locked, we knocked on their windows and employees looked at us but ignored us. I tried to call the location, but of course no one answers the phone. I had no choice but to leave, and submit a dispute to my bank for my money back which I did end up receiving.
