Food was great (But) they were getting ready to close for the winter, so the kitchen was out of A LOT of food.

Stacy was great! She was personable and got the food out quickly. The highlight was the Bavarian pretzel and dip. I do not recommend the schnitzel or potato salad.

Y’all must try this!! Omas Potato Cakes, pot roast and the chicken sandwich were all amazing! Did not have to wait because we made a reservation on Open Table. Service was 5 STARS!! So glad we found this place! Yes it’s at a motel and that may see odd. But trust me- worth it! On the edge of town towards Gatlinburg - no traffic or wait! The best!

Not really much service, but I ordered an espresso martini. Wasn’t very good at all. Asked if I could just change it they said no, just drink it slowly. I told her I didn’t like it and wasn’t gonna drink it, and that was it. $20 for nothing lol

It’s empty, lots of empty tables, and still the wait is a complete disrespect. We had a reservation at 9:00 pm, arrived early, and no one even greeted us properly. One person doing everything, zero organization, and people leaving because of the delay. Truly disappointing.

We visited this restaurant hoping to treat our family—both local and out-of-town guests—to an enjoyable dinner. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met.
We arrived at approximately 5:47 p.m. as a party of eight adults and five children. From the outset, management appeared reluctant to accommodate our group. We were initially told there was no seating available for a party of our size and that it would be a few minutes, which we understood and were willing to wait for. After about five minutes, we were informed that we could be seated only if we split into two separate tables. Although not ideal, we agreed because we did not want to leave.
Once seated, service progressed very slowly. It took approximately 20 minutes just to place our drink orders, bringing the time to around 6:26 p.m. While already disappointing, we chose to give the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to order our food.
From that point on, service essentially disappeared. Our server was absent for long stretches of time, rarely checking on us, offering refills, or providing updates. During this wait, we observed two smaller parties who arrived after us receive their meals first, which was concerning. Even more frustrating, a larger party arrived around 7:00 p.m., well after we had ordered.
We finally began receiving most of our food around 7:12 p.m., with the remaining dishes not arriving until sometime after 7:20 p.m. Meanwhile, the party that arrived at 7:00 p.m. was served by approximately 7:30 p.m. In total, our group waited over an hour and a half for our meals, many of which arrived cold.
To add insult to injury, our party was charged a mandatory gratuity. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been an issue and likely would have been supplemented with additional cash. However, given the lack of attentiveness, poor communication, and being effectively “ghosted” for much of the evening, the roughly $50 gratuity felt wholly undeserved. When we raised concerns, we were told the server had been helping cook our food, which explained his absence.
At a higher-end restaurant associated with Westgate Resorts of the Smoky Mountains, this explanation is unacceptable. Wait staff should not be pulled into the kitchen to assist with cooking, especially at the expense of guest service.
This experience was deeply disappointing. I will not bring my family or loved ones back to this establishment, nor will I return personally. As an owner associated with the Orlando Westgate Resorts and Spa location, I expected far better. Unfortunately, this visit left a lasting negative impression of both the restaurant and the brand.

Ok it is what it is, a German pub looking restaurant that depicts what it should be like . The food was really good. We got the pretzel, potato pancakes, original schnitzel, and schnitzel sandwich, spaetzel and everything was awesome. Only thing I personally didnt luke was the mashed potatoes. For my taste it had way to much garlic. Our waiter Joshua was very attentive.

If I could give the food a 6th star, I would. It was absolutely delicious. This is the best German food I've ever had. My Dad said it was better than the food he ate in Munich. If you like German food, you MUST give it a try.

We had an excellent Christmas eve dinner here. We've been wanting to try this place and so happy we did! I am gluten and soy free and was so happy to see they had a allergen menu (see picture) to show you what you can eat and not eat. We brought our two dogs and the first thing they brought out was water for the dogs. The sausage sampler is a must try. I had the gluten free snitzel which was so good! Overall amazing meal and so happy we chose this place. Definitely give them a try!

We had reservations for 2 PM on Christmas Day. When we arrived, we were told that it would be a 30 minute wait due to, the cook staff just showed up“. There were quite a few other people waiting that also had earlier reservations. We did get a table quicker than 30 minutes. We placed our order and then the server came back about 15 minutes later to us and the table behind us to get our order again because his “brain was not working right“. He returned a few minutes later to say that the meal my husband ordered was no longer available. My meal was delivered with gravy when I had ordered it ordered it without. It was quickly corrected. The potatoes in the German Potato Salad were not fully cooked. I’m sure they were hurriedly prepared. The sides of red cabbage and sour kraut were from a can. I wouldn’t go back. Based on reviews I expected made from scratch food.

$5 for any fountain drink or sweet tea!! Wild prices!!
They claim authentic German but for anyone who’s lived in Germany or is a German citizen would turned off at the food. This restaurant gives: googled German recipes and try my best to make it myself.
->Also be prepared to not be served lunch (or your food cooked) UNTIL ALL BREAKFAST HAS BEEN MADE FOR THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT! This means your lunch order at 11 a.m. could take nearly an hour and a half to arrive because a table of 10 that arrived after you ordered requesting breakfast, and the kitchen hadn’t yet closed breakfast service.
->Card payments only so be prepared- this also seems very odd!!
->Floors are very sticky and my son said male bathroom floor was extremely sticky especially around the toilet.
