Fuimos y la mesera solo nos dio nuestro refresco, no nos dieron cubiertos estuvimos q esperar q alguien pasara para pedirle, nunca mas la mesera vino a nuestra mesa ella atendio a todos los de nuestro alrededor les dio refill de refresco y actuo como si nunca nos hubiera visto! El olor en el area de los postres horrible. La gerente muy pedante que aun viendo como nos trataron nos estaba velando como si hubieramos ido a robarš¤¬ Definitivamente son unos racistas.....

The food was old and burnt. The food wasn't being restocked either. One family member had raw ribs and didn't eat another bite wouldn't refund the money.. we looked and realized it was reported they scored 71 on their inspection and it was reported flies and roaches were in the food. will not EVER go back. As a party we spent over 400$ and every person barely ate anything off of the one plate we got. The ice cold Coke was good. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Breakfast buffet is not worth the price. $42.00 for 2. If you want Eggs or omelet there's an extra $1.00 charge per order but not sure who you pay as the host taking your payment at the front doesn't mention this uncharged, grill person said customer has to pay and place order with the server, server had no idea and called the manager who said I would need to go back out front, through the line and put the additional $1.00 on my card. food was mediocre and not very hot.

We came to Pigeon Forge on our honeymoon. We passed by and decided to give it a try. It is a little pricey compared to other buffets we have been to, but it is totally worth every penny. I'm a very picky eater and I left with a full belly. There are so many amazing foods to pick from. We didn't know where to start.The workers were friendly, kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Ok so from the road this place looked promising.
Got in the parking lot and they had an old printed off piece of paper saying they were open which should have been my first clue.
Servers were nice and friendly but the gal at the front ringing up your total you had to keep an eye on like when you tell her multiple times how old people are in your party she will still try to ring them up as regular full priced adults and not the free under 5 or even the senior citizen.
From the road they advertise delicious looking steaks and they looked good when you first picked them up but one bite and you can take this old grill that probably has never been cleaned in years when they first opened.
Servers were nice but they can only carry this place so far.

This used to be a staple stop for us in Pigeon Forge. This go around it just disappointed. High prices, bad lighting, slow service, and many parts of the building (including bathrooms) need repair. This will probably be the last time we visit.
$67 for 2 people food was cold and nasty. Told our waitress which was very hatful about it. The place was dark and nasty had a mold smell. Will not recommend anyone to this nasty, dirty cold food disgusting place.
Food and weight stuff were amazing. The place is just slowly outdated but the food was spectacular and the variety was great.
