Not very good these days. Big Bob's quality has been going downhill for a while, but tonight's pizza will be my last. Brought to our table almost room temperature. Obviously it had been sitting out for a while before they brought it to us. Not much cheese on a cheese only pizza and the quality of the cheese is not as good as it has been in the past. Not a busy night, but the service was ultra slow. Sorry Bob, but we won't be back.

To whom it may concern......paid for the buffet....went for a cup of Dr. Pepper......the machine was empty. There were five slices of pizza on the buffet......... There were no plates. We asked for plates........the employee came back with pizza pans and said they have no clean plates......there was no silverware. We decide to eat the pizza without silverware........LITTERALLY THE VERY FIRST BITE I pull a 6 inch long hair out of the bite of pizza in my mouth. I decide to use the restroom........there was no toilet paper................. .......1 out of 10........would not bang

Waited for delivery for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Got a cold pizza obviously. Called twice while waiting after an hour. I was told first time driver had left 10 minutes before and was told to deliver to me first. That didn't happen. Called again and said it was the managers fault they only have one delivery driver. I told them to have him call me. Finally the driver showed up and I expressed vividly my disappointment and said I would probably never order from there again. Also, I again asked for the manager to call me. Needless to say several hours later I still haven't heard from anyone. This is a sad way to run a business. It's a shame I was treated this way. A phone call might have made a world of difference.

Let me start off by saying I do not leave reviews unless the experience is extremely great or bad. But in this case it was beyond great. I love pizza. And Matt went above and beyond to make some amazing pizzas. He made sure everything was perfect and just so. This place is clean and well kept. I would highly recommend goin to the lunch buffet. Top notch pizzas and service.

They were kind enough to offer me a drink while I waited another 30 minutes. I refused and went to Little Caesars, Let them keep the 14 dollars they look like they are going out of business soon.

I just placed an order, only to find out that it was canceled, no reason give, no voicemail on my phone to explain. No nothing, they claim to deliver to my address, so I placed an online order to have delivered, instead I check my email to see that the order has been canceled and again, no reason given. If this is how you run a business you need to up your game. I'll be sure to let everyone know about this experience. What a joke, take your business elsewhere, pizza is sub par at best anyhow.

My first order we very good, generous amount of topping but not overloaded, great sauce and crust. 2nd time was totally different. Just plain skimpy, box was light as a feather. 3 ingredients that I could barely find. For $20, I've not ordered again.

Tried this for dinner tonight and the pizza was amazing! The guy that rang up my order was very nice and I will definitely be back.
