The food is what one would expect for fast food. They have good biscuits. The spicy chicken biscuit is my normal go to at this location. The Bo Rounds are better if you ask them to cook them twice. Not a bad idea for a quick on-the-go breakfast.

Sunday AM, Piney Flats location. Stopped to order country ham biscuits and Bo Berry cinnamon biscuits. Was told they no longer make the cinnamon biscuit. I informed them that I ordered and received them the previous Sunday. “No you didn’t, we haven’t made those for over a year”. I drove forward to the cashier window, again questioned that on two previous visits recently, I got the cinnamon biscuits. “Not at this BoJangles she said.” A rather direct, short reply. Definitely not appreciated. Decided to take the high road and not engage in an argument, paid for the two ham biscuits and left. It’s a Big NO for it’s BO time from now on. Hardee's is just down the street.

They put me to speak with an AI robot on drive thru, then had me on line waiting until i get to the window to let me know i had to wait 20 minutes for my order. They should let me know when i ordered that they were out on chicken legs, instead of having me waiting on line. Just wasted my time.

Stopped to get some breakfast. Great customer service. Very friendly and the drive-thru was fast. Outside area was clean and clutter free. The food was great too. I would definitely be back to this wonderful Bojangles!
