Tenders were cold, chicken was ordinary nothing special. Bo berry biscuits on the other hand were ? chefs kiss. Warm and creamy with the icing. I'll go back for those. The staff there were great nice energy!

I work all over the Trip Cities and have been to all of the Bojangles in this area . Piney Flats location has to be the worst of all . Food thrown together , biscuits cold one day , falling apart the next . Don't get me started on the service . As a family we love Bojangles but will drive by this one on our way to another.

I ordered a two pack of Boberry biscuits. They were cold and hard. I guess they were left from the day before.

I regularly get Bojangles breakfast and order the same thing every time. At this location the price is always more than others and its because Tammy in the mornings will upsize your combo meal without you asking and without asking you. This has happened multiple times so I stopped going to this location. Checked in this morning to see if she’s still there and still doing it…. sure enough she was there and she did. Then she looked at me like i was stupid when I asked for it to be changed back to advertised price.

Kid-friendliness: This is the best Bojangles around. The service is always lighting fast in Piney Flats. I have been going at after 5:30 am. for a least 10 years, ordering on the drive- thru. Tea and biscuits are my favorites here.

We waited in the drivethru to place the order. The window was parking everyone, so it looked like a parking lot of drive thru cars parked everywhere. Was there no food prepared? ...lady who took our order had us pull to the window and did not even give us the total...waited in the parking lot for our food for 20 mins. And all of this to receive cold food. Not a good experience....we usually use bristol but tried this location for convenience....was not very convenient

The biscuits are never cooked well enough, as well as the bo rounds. I definitely prefer the Bojangles on the volunteer parkway. They are the bestParking: FreeKid-friendliness: Kids meals

The workers was nice. Before we even got from the register to pick up. They had our fries on the counter. But said it would be at least 5 minutes on our chicken sandwiches. When we got our food the fries was cold and had so much seasoning salt we couldn't eat them. I have high blood pressure and my sister has had a heart attack before. I ask for ranch for my fries I had to buy the ranch dressing. My sister ask for barbecue sauce on her sandwich. When she checked her sandwich she went and ask for barbecue sauce for her sandwich they told her she would have to pay for it. We had to have them make more fries without season salt. I wish we had got our money back and left . The Bojangles is in Bluff City Tennessee. I will never go back again. I have already told family members not to go there. No wonder there wasn't anyone in there with us.The food my sister ordered was 3 chicken sandwich combo's and a kids chicken tenders it was almost $35.00. I order chicken sandwich combo it was over $ 12.00 because I had to buy my ranch dressing for my fries. I had to put part of the ranch dressing on my sandwich because it didn't have but about a 1/2 teaspoon of mayo on the bottom bun. Is it really worth people not coming back to save a dollar or two?

I ordered a party box of 25 piece chicken tenders, biscuits, and 2 sides. That is what is advertised. I payed 43 dollars only to get 25 pieces of chicken. Went in and told them and manager said they didn’t set the prices. That’s fine but the advertisement is biscuit and sides. Manager: sorry. Didn’t get what I ordered. False advertising. I will never go back again. Not very good food anyway.
