Ordered with my reward points and went to pick it up. When I noticed the order not on the counter I asked an employee who stated she “didn’t know where the order is”. After confirming it was the correct store the female employee stated “that’s never happened before” then walks away towards the drive through further ignoring me. Employees looked methed out. Use to be a good place

I am well aware that everyone has bad days, but the costumer service here is unlike anything i’ve seen. The cashier didn’t put the drink on my cup, and watched it pour all over me without a single bit of remorse.

I go here every morning for breakfast and I get the same thing 2 bacon egg and cheese croissant and lg dr pepper. These two people always make my morning and it is Adam and Amanda. If it wasn't for them then I honestly would stop going thank you for all the hard work. And I will keep coming as long as you 2 are

Burger King's food, no matter which location, has been under par lately. Service is usually good and it is clean. If I'm working, and we decide we want fast food for lunch ... The only way I will choose Burger King over anywhere else.... Is if it's the only option that is reasonable distance from my job site.

Last weekend, husband ordered 2 croissant-wiches with ham and egg only, no cheese. They gave him ham and cheese after we had to pull over and wait for our order with only 1 person in front of us.This weekend, we ordered the same exact thing, but this time they completely forgot my drink and French toast sticks. We sat there waiting on our second drink, the drive-thru lady asked if she'd forgotten something. My husband replied "our second drink, the large Dr. Pepper."She then responded "It's in the bag.""It's... in the bag?""Yeah! You won't see it pop up on the receipt, but it's in the bag."My husband looked at me, confused, and asked "Honey, is there a drink in that bag?" (We both were confused and knew that was 99% impossible, but still, I looked.) "Not my large Dr. Pepper, no."So they go to get my Dr. Pepper. It wasn't on the receipt, we were happy to pay for it, but she handed him the drink and apologized. We then noticed I hadn't gotten my French toast sticks. Cue the whole checking process, again.Instead of trying to sort out the whole ''we didn't hear you'' or what-have-you, they handed us a bag with 4 (we ordered the large, so 5 sticks was expected) sticks.We get home, I bite into one of them, and they're completely still gooey/doughy on the inside. Not even done.This place has gone so down hill in the last few months. What on Earth happened? What's going on with y'all's training regimen? This is unacceptable. We were happy to pay, we didn't have to be told the DRINK was IN THE BAG like we're stupid and then given 4 uncooked French toast sticks. So sad :( We used to look forward to coming to BK for breakfast in this small town.
