The cake was delicious. Trying to get a customized cake was a little bit of a challenge. When we picked up the cake, it looked a little unfinished on one of the decorated parts and we had to ask the lady to fix it. She wasn't friendly at all and looked put out that we would ask for a slight fix. We wouldn't go back to this bakery for a custom cake again, but go to a different location.

I stood at the pickup counter for over 5 min hike being ignored. finally went to the drop off counter where they could not help bit notice me. I had come early before To make sure they had my information before hand. Well they didn't have it so they ran the script without insurance. When presented with my insurance they are unable to to scan the bar code.
