Love Hardee's breakfast normal great food and good atmosphere however this morning in piney flats I felt so sorry for the cashier. The manger yelling and causing a scene. Come on no one wants to hear the argument take it to the office don't do it in front of a full lobby. Simply ridiculous!!!!

Lindsey waited on us this evening and she was wonderful very friendly and helpful food was great!!
Pulling up to go in to eat around 5:30 pm all the workers were outside by a red car socializing. I went in and waited at the counter for 10-15 mins without being acknowledged at all. And as I went back out to my car one spot away from where they were all standing with their headgear on; still not a single glance or explanation. They should be fired for not doing anything resembling their job. How ridiculous.

I love coming to this location whenever I am this way. Chasity and Tony always seem to be there and do a fantastic job. I know the crew has changed but you have that. Seems people don’t want to work and complain after. I love that this seems to be the cleanest one i visit. Everything is so fresh and also very tasty.

I absolutely love this location. First off I worked at Hardees years ago. To the comment below me. They pull the buns to thaw for the next day. Like they keep it rotating. But we know what assuming things means. Also seems they are the only location to get a Platinum (the highest you can get) on an EcoSure audit recently. I asked about their new tshirts. Apparently the others weren’t up to par. I know 2 other locations were closed or got the lowest because it was dirty and that came from an employee at those location. This is a business and I feel if more people that wanted to be keyboard warriors would maybe work this type of industry they would have a lot more respect. I know they always say they are hiring. Seems yall hate it but constantly keep returning to it. So who is the real problem??

This place is absolute dog water. I’m not sure what happened to their consistency over the last few years but the quality of service AND food have gone downhill. I was getting breakfast and saw these fools taking the buns for lunch out of the freezer 30 minutes before lunch started. So if anyone has buns that have hard spots in them? It’s because they were not properly thawed before being put on the char broiler. Demand your money back.
