I come to this HARDEES EVERY SINGLE MORNING FOR MY SAME BREAKFAST EVERY SINGLE MORNING I COME HETE BECAUSE CHASITY AND AMY ALWAYS MAKE ME FEEL WELCOMED ... I HOWEVER DO HAVE ONE ISSUE.. MY EXPERIENCE HERE HAD NEVER WENT SO BAD WHEN I HEAR THE MANAGER ASKING THE GIRL TO DO SOMETHING BECAUSE THR MANAGER IS SUPER BUSY AND THE WOMAN NAMED AMY I BELIEVE WAS SUPER BUSY THE MANAGER ASKED FOR HELP AND THE BRITTANY GIRL JUST KEPT RUNNING HER MOUTH AND BEING VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... I FELT SO BAD FOR THEM TWO WOMEN IT SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES WORKING !! I UNDERSTAND PWOPLE GET AGGRAVATED WORKING IN THAT KIND OF JOB BUT THE WAY THEY WERE TREATED BY THAT GIRL BRITTANY BLEW MY MIND AND IF THIS IS WHAT THE CORPORATE OFFICE CONDONES THERE MANAGEMENT AND OTHER HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES TO BE TREATED BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE I WONT BE COMING BACK !!!!?! I went for the chicken because my daughter loves it. thought I'd try a Frisco burger because I hadn't had one in years and got home and it had a hair in it. I did order ahead online this time because they always make you pull forward, last time i told him I would move if someone pulled up behind me, There was no one else in line. Another guy came to the window and said, and I quote "you're missing with my drive through time"

My husband is a local truck driver. He stopped there for lunch today. The employees were talking actually looked at him then walked in the office and were just standing there talking. He has a 31 minute lunch break, he waited 4 minutes and they never acknowledged him! Way to treat customers Hardee’s!

The fact that I had to wait in. Drive thru for over 20 minutes and still waiting and there is only 2 ppl me and one other person is crazy the drive thru person was very nice but this is ridiculous

Everything is normally great here. Today was different. The blonde with the very loud mouth should not be standing in front of customers cussing and speaking about other employees. She makes the entire store seem trashy. And since I can no longer submit a review for the latest visit. I will add it here. I came in Tuesday morning to cold food, rude service and to see that the lady who was so very unpleasant on my last visit is the operator of this location. I believe it was Bethany or Brittney. This is the reason this location has no customers and why Hardees has a bad reputation in the surrounding areas.
