We ordered the 3 piece chicken strips meal for my dinner tonight. Usually, I get nice-sized pieces and love my meal. When I opened my box today, the chicken strips looked like very small deboned chicken thighs. If that’s what you’re serving, this will be my last meal from your place. I’m sorry, but I didn’t take any pictures. I was hungry and shocked when I opened the box and just decided to eat what I got.

Ordered food online. Took 1 hour and 15 mins to get to our family when it was supposed to be 1/2 hour. Contacted the manager Brian at one hour of waiting and was told they were down to 2 fryers and he couldn’t cook our tenders yet and when I asked if people in the drive thru were waiting an hour for there order, I was met with excuses and no real accountability. Then we finally got our food…it was terrible. The 12pc chicken was old obviously while waiting for the tenders to cook (“due to the down fryer”). We had original pieces intermingled when we ordered all extra crispy. The kicker, The tenders were dry after waiting all that time on those. Just a bad experience overall and unfortunately not the first time here. No more ordering for here for us.

I went through drive thru and ordered the 8 pcs for $10 Tuesday deal. I requested 1/2 original and 1/2 crispy. I received 2 pieces original(1 thigh and 1leg), then 3 crispy legs and 3 crispy thighs). Really? I guess they gave me what they had. I love their chicken and the service was good. Otherwise I feel cheated!

KFC has changed so much since I was young the huge breast is like the size of a thigh now I’m sure the quantity has increased on production by the looks of the bones being all broken and conscrewed the chicken had to suffer for sure. I asked if they honor the military and the waitress said that supervisor came in one day and said we don’t offer military discount anymore she didn’t know why.
Had to go back inside because they don’t understand what on the side means but then find the biscuit smashed

I’m not out this way often, and I don’t usually review a place based off of one visit. Because it could have been a good day or they could have had a bad day. I’ve been to this location multiple times now. I have consistently had great service. Kind and polite employees. The food has been hot and fresh every time. I’m a pretty picky eater so I order a particular way, and my order has been correct every time. I’ve not seen this place dirty. They seem to keep it up pretty well. I wish all my restaurant experiences were this good consistently. Keep up the good work. It’s starting to become a rare find these days. Also a side note. I drive a tractor trailer and I have plenty of parking ?????
