Chicken stripe were the size of my little finger and the corn looked like it had set and dried up on the stove. The other meal didn't have a biscuit and wasn't what I ordered. This KFC has gone downhill in the last few months.

Stopped by there for hot wings. First told me they don't have those then got manager to verify they do have them. Took 25 minutes to get them...to go. Said they don't have 20 piece even though I bought 20 piece there 2 days ago so sold me a 12 piece instead. But only gave me 11 pieces. And they are the tiniest wings I've ever seen! See the photo! The flavor is good but that's the only reason for even 1 star. All for $14.26 and no concession for the 25 minute wait. Eating at home will become the norm again soon and these corporations will wonder why they went broke 🤬

I ordered online. 12 pieces instead family meal and a 8 piece tender that was free. I got there they didn’t have it ready,even though the app said it was ready. Then they realized that it was on the shelf but wasn’t marked. Got home and I only got 6 pieces. So went back and they redone everything. Thank you for that. Then the little girl there has to be rude. Not cool. The manager wouldn’t come out. Never will you ever get my business again in Piney Flats TN

Too bad I can’t give 0 stars. I waited around an hour to get my food and my wife ended up going in and she wouldn’t get helped for another 15 minutes. They said our order just needed to be wrapped up after saying they forgot about our order. As they said that they kept helping everyone else except for us….

I don't normally complain, but my biscuits were so hard and stale and i requested Extra crispy only to receive original. To say the least i was very disappointed with my dinner. It will be quite a while before i come back.

I came through the drive thru and ordered the 3 piece $7 box and fried pickles. I was asked what sauce I would like with the tenders and stated honey mustard. I was asked what kind of sauce with the fried pickles and told them ranch. I pulled over to check my order to ensure everything was correct and my sauces were in the order. They put the ranch in the bag but not the honey mustard for my tenders. I go inside and tell the gentleman that I didn't get my honey mustard with my order and was told I can give you one but it will cost 25 cents. Really I just ordered food both of which come with a sauce but then because I didn't get one and I'm simply asking to get the one that wasn't in my bag your going to tell me that now I have to pay for it? Forget it! I will do without.
We were traveling and stopped for a late lunch. Cashier extremely friendly and helpful. Offered many menu options. Food was great, served quickly and hot.

Went in and I gave the cashier a coupon for chicken strips. Order 4 peices of chicken with them to. Had to wait 25 minutes for food. Got home and it was all chicken. I called the store in piney flats to tell them. And all he would say is that is what she rang up. But I didn't order that. With the coupon for chicken strips didn't think I would have to check. So I guess $49.00 of food I didn't want I had to take because they can't read and put in whatever they want to. It is the most pathetic place I have ever been to. And I'm 54 years old, so I have been to a lot of places. Will walk 50 miles to a Bojangles before I would walk 20ft to a KFC now.

I have always drove to piney location for livers even before the other location stopped serving them. Very disappointed, have made the drive from Bristol to piney twice (given benefit of doubt that the 1st time was just an off day but 2nd time today was even worse !! I always ordered liver snack and was l plenty, 1st time a few weeks ago, I got 7blivers and skimpy ones at that so today I ordered 2 liver snacks, got 5 skimpy livers in each box! That totals out to $1 per liver, unreal and very disappointed. Might as well go back to W State, at least you get your money's worth. The livers were over cooked also.
