The employees are just standing around confused and I’ve been sitting in line for 15 minutes now and they just pulled me up no one inside and the drive through is full behind me the Manager is just standing there with them like none of them know what to do. Definitely not worth coming to. Piney Flats KFC they just came out with the completely wrong order after another 7 minutes and now they just told me another 5 minutes

Unfortunately this location has had staffing issues for some time. I thought I would try it again but it wasn't any better. I hope they are able to fix them as the wait times in the drive thru is very long. I had to finally just leave without any food this evening and go to Burger King next door which only took 5 minutes. It was a much better experience than the 30 minutes I wasted 😞

KFC is a chicken restaurant. right? So I went to get chicken for supper, they have no chicken only pot pies tonight for some reason. Thank goodness Bojangles is on ½ mile away. Guess they will get a lot of KFC customers tonight. Lol

Chicken stripe were the size of my little finger and the corn looked like it had set and dried up on the stove. The other meal didn't have a biscuit and wasn't what I ordered. This KFC has gone downhill in the last few months.
Stopped by there for hot wings. First told me they don't have those then got manager to verify they do have them. Took 25 minutes to get them...to go. Said they don't have 20 piece even though I bought 20 piece there 2 days ago so sold me a 12 piece instead. But only gave me 11 pieces. And they are the tiniest wings I've ever seen! See the photo! The flavor is good but that's the only reason for even 1 star. All for $14.26 and no concession for the 25 minute wait. Eating at home will become the norm again soon and these corporations will wonder why they went broke 🤬

I ordered online. 12 pieces instead family meal and a 8 piece tender that was free. I got there they didn’t have it ready,even though the app said it was ready. Then they realized that it was on the shelf but wasn’t marked. Got home and I only got 6 pieces. So went back and they redone everything. Thank you for that. Then the little girl there has to be rude. Not cool. The manager wouldn’t come out. Never will you ever get my business again in Piney Flats TN

Too bad I can’t give 0 stars. I waited around an hour to get my food and my wife ended up going in and she wouldn’t get helped for another 15 minutes. They said our order just needed to be wrapped up after saying they forgot about our order. As they said that they kept helping everyone else except for us….

I don't normally complain, but my biscuits were so hard and stale and i requested Extra crispy only to receive original. To say the least i was very disappointed with my dinner. It will be quite a while before i come back.
