They refuse to make a hot coffee if you order it from the drive through or mobile app. It’s always iced.

Ordered 2 quarter pounders meals with 2 half n half sweet teas the girl handed out the wrong meal, I tooked it in and told them they gave me the wrong meals, they tooked the bag from me and gave me the actual meals I ordered,I then went back to my car and then my wife and I proceeded to eat only to realize that the fries were unsalted and the teas was both unsweet it seems like Noone is running this McDonald's THEY NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT

I would have given 1 star but they didn't do anything to me to deserve it but I dont eat McDonald's food sorry 🤷♀️ after not eating it in so long it dont taste good to me 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
My husband placed a pickup order when I gave them the information they said I needed to pay even though he paid for it through the app and Amanda the manager I'm assuming was going to make me pay for the 2nd time. She had an attitude with me and the customer behind me when the customer asked if someone could get them on the other register and said rudely no that till is shut down what I'm going to do is take this off and then we will get y'all order. I'm very unhappy with the service that I receive I left and my husband went to go pick it up and they told him someone already picked it up which its a lie becausw I walked out empty handed.. if I had to really rate this experience it would be a -10 because most the time the food is cold and old tasting unless you tell them to make it fresh and in most cases they will just give you the old and cold food anyways...
