My husband placed a pickup order when I gave them the information they said I needed to pay even though he paid for it through the app and Amanda the manager I'm assuming was going to make me pay for the 2nd time. She had an attitude with me and the customer behind me when the customer asked if someone could get them on the other register and said rudely no that till is shut down what I'm going to do is take this off and then we will get y'all order. I'm very unhappy with the service that I receive I left and my husband went to go pick it up and they told him someone already picked it up which its a lie becausw I walked out empty handed.. if I had to really rate this experience it would be a -10 because most the time the food is cold and old tasting unless you tell them to make it fresh and in most cases they will just give you the old and cold food anyways...

The biggest issue I have with McDonalds is the ketchup packs. They need to change from those sorry small packs to the Chick-fil-A style. Just a thought.
Ordered a six piece chicken nugget kids meal with extra fries no apples on the app received a kids meal with zero chicken nuggets and apples. Went back to the drive-through to tell them they forgot the chicken nuggets and instead of giving us a six piece we only got a four piece, so two times through the drive-through and they messed up the order both times a very simple six piece chicken nugget kids meal. When we went back around the second time and only got a four piece nugget instead of the six we were also givenextra fries it tasted like they had been sitting around for about an hour. They were extremely cold and soggy so they messed up our order twice and gave us old food. This McDonald’s obviously lacks competent management.
Went in this morning to order cause drive thru way backed up. As walking in notice management at front with customer, management not happy walks away starts slamming things around. I waited for 6 mins before asking if anyone was working front or do I need to go through the drive thru. The "manager" said.... it's me and if ypu don't like it take your ass some where else! If you are so short staff then maybe you should close your lobby and just do drive thru you know makes sense right!?! 🤔 i didn't say it rude was just asking since no one was taking our order at front was 6 of us. Next time I will not me so nice cause I was in uniform and didn't want to make a a foul of his ass infront of his peers. Do better in your managers cause if this is how they do your customer how they treating their employers!!
