Today I got a small iced latte from Starbucks Food City Piney Flats. I go there at least 4/5 days a wk. The drinks there are not always made correctly, sometimes to much flavor ,sometimes not enough or even seems like they may forget to put the flavor in. Its understandable and I just deal with it. Today my drink tasted like milk like they didnt put the shot of espresso in. I brought it back and spoke with the person at register. I politely told her what I got and told her seemed like a milk drink and maybe the shot was not put in there, she looked at me and said I can tell by looking at your drink, its in there (drink was 3/4 full. She stated to explain how it's made. Lol could have cared less that my drink was horrible and paid roughly 7 bucks for it. I politely told her, I guess I will not come back. Between my kids and I'd be shocked if we got less than 20 drinks a wk there. Not anymore. They need to train the people to make drinks by the recipe and they do not do that. Crazy crazy crazy, totally disappointed!!!

I had came on or around the 24tg which was a Sunday it was horrible ... The coffee was BAD!!! I CAME BACK TODAY TO SEE IF THEY COULD REDEEM THEMSELVES.... I GOT THE BEST COFFEE IVE EVER HAD FROM STAR BUCKS AND I AM AN EVERYDAY COFFEE GAL!!! SHE WAS SO SWEET, WORKING BY HERSELF AND PULLED IT OFF!!! I WISH I COULD REMEMBER HER NAME BUT SHES THE REASON FOR THR FIVE STARS SHE WAS SO UNDERSTANDING AND PROFESSIONAL AND SWEET....!!! THOSE FIVE STARS ARE FOR HER!!!! 👍🏼❤️💪🏼😁💯💁🏼♀️🙎🏼♀️🤤😋

I have consistently gotten awful service at this Starbucks. Sometimes they have drip coffee Sometimes they don't. The employees are always too worried about having a conversation and hanging out with each other to help paying customers when you walk up. Today I asked for a large and was given a small when I asked why it wasn't large she told me that was what I ordered with a horrible attitude. I give up on this Starbucks and won't be back. I sure hope these employees don't make any more than minimum wage they don't deserve it.

Every single time I come here they wanna put caramel in things that don’t get caramel. I asked for a pistachio macchiato and they put caramel in it as well and my drink was a viscous disaster of syrups. A train wreck of added sugars, if you will. Make sure you specify no caramel in your macchiatos if you want it plain.
