I ordered six individual box meals, of various types. All of our food was dumped (not neatly) into one bag, with the nachos chips dumped down into the other food. I asked for help to sort the food into the individual orders but received none. The chalupas were extremely stale and had not even been warmed.

Taco meat was so wet the taco shells collapsed. Tacos half full. No hot sauce . Had to pull around I parked to eat to go inside to get hot sauce.

Absolutely vile. This was the “chicken” in my burrito. Does this look good to you? It’s rock hard. Never eating here again. I feel sick now after the 1 bite I took. Unfortunately I ate a bite…. Debating on throwing it up. Fee like I’m going to get an unknown disease from this garbage. It literally doesn’t look or feel like food for humans. It is ROCK hard. And it is black and looks moldy. This is disgusting beyond belief. It’s in my fridge now and taking it to report it. This place is VILE. I genuinely cannot believe Taco Bell is charging restaurants prices for food that zombies eat. This is nasty beyond belief.

It’s frustrating that restaurants continue to use the excuse of having new hires who don’t yet know how to prepare the food correctly, while expecting customers to drive back to have orders fixed. Training employees and ensuring orders are made correctly the first time is the responsibility of the restaurant, not the customer. When people pay for a meal, they expect it to be prepared properly. If employees were in the same situation, they would expect no different. Unfortunately, it’s getting to the point where dining out no longer guarantees a correct order, which takes away from the experience.

Seating area not attended, so had to swipe table and seats with napkins. Lack of toilet paper and paper towels in the rest rooms absolutely unacceptable. We'll go down the road to someplace else the next time we're in the area.

Was ignored for over 10 min after they gave my order to the wrong person 45 minutes to get a cup. Couldn't get a refund and the employees all went outside at one point leaving one person inside all to smoke weed. I thought I was on a reality TV show of some type. This location needs re staffed or shut down. Finally got my order and you'll never guess but it was wrong

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HERE LIKE WE DID!!! Food was inedible. Disgusting. The beans were like cement. (SEE PICS) Even the tortilla chips tasted like crap lol. Crunch wrap was all lettuce, the cheesy roll up was hard as a rock, and the peach agua fresca tasted like watered down apple juice. The nacho fries were half missing too. Never again. If I didn't live 15 mins away I would have returned the whole order. No customer service either. The only thing the chick in the window said was the total. That's it. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Apparently if you dine in you have to order on the kiosk! I went in on my lunch hour today and a lady handed an order out the drive thru and another lady was fixing another order!! I was Not even acknowledge that I had walked in! Very poor customer service!!
