Sad you get paid 12 a hour and can’t even take someone’s order I don’t come inside to order off a tv screen I come in for u to take my order and do ur job not sit at the drive through window while nobody is there jus straight up damn lazy

The biggest problem with eating here is value what use to be a great value has long passed the cost and portion size fillings even for the cheapest items are a joke 4 dollars for a breakfast crunch wrap that couldn’t feed a five year old let alone an adult they don’t even have milk our a regular cream for there coffee and they charge for packets of sauce it’s become blatantly obvious that Taco Bell along with all the other fast food places have taken advantage since the Covid pandemic It’s up to us as consumers to boycott To bring them back to reality Hasta la vista Taco Bell

Manager of store condones fat shaming....Incredibly rude when I went to pick up a mobile order. Had to wait while the drive thru employees gossiped and one even made a nasty comment about the amount of food I was getting (mind you, it was for two people). When my husband later called to complain to the manager about the nasty comment, she literally laughed at him. Screw that place, I'll never go back. Disgusting behavior from all staff.

Last time i ordered and brought back my meal, they told me all they give is 2 ounces of ground beef in a Crunchwrap supreme, my Crunchwrap had less than 2 ounces. They said I can add more meat to the bitten one or give your money back. I elected to get my money back. Terrible service. Terrible food

Two meals with two separate tacos, with two long black hairs in each. If it happens to one taco, accident. Two tacos with hair? Ridiculous.
