This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Our food came out raw and honestly disgusting, like it hadn’t even been cooked properly. When we tried to address it, our server was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care. No apology, no attempt to fix anything. The whole place felt chaotic and unprofessional, and the entire experience was a complete joke. I expect better than raw food and bad attitudes. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Its a waffle house nuff said. The Piney flats is good but the Johnson City restaurant is better and cheaper. That could change with different staff at different times but ive been to both numerous times and overall the Johnson city location is just better all around

Food was absolutely terrible. Service was not there. Tried to tell someone about my undercooked food and no one ever came. Then you have a waitress picking at her disgusting scabs right in front of us as we eat our food. Worst place I have ever ate at. DO NOT EAT HERE
Stopped by after the Bristol MLB game and the place was complete chaos, one waitress, one cook, one busboy. Place was SRO. We found a seat. Stacked dirty dishes on every available table and bar. Waitress getting orders wrong and customers arguing about their bill. Cook/MGR so far behind that it would be lunchtime before food was out. Waitress gets POed at cook, busboy hides in kitchen, customers way past patient. Suddenly waitress screams she’s “outta here” and stroms out the back, busboy follows, poor cook tells everyone to be patient as he’s alone! We leave. Health dept needs to visit.
