Stopped by after the Bristol MLB game and the place was complete chaos, one waitress, one cook, one busboy. Place was SRO. We found a seat. Stacked dirty dishes on every available table and bar. Waitress getting orders wrong and customers arguing about their bill. Cook/MGR so far behind that it would be lunchtime before food was out. Waitress gets POed at cook, busboy hides in kitchen, customers way past patient. Suddenly waitress screams she’s “outta here” and stroms out the back, busboy follows, poor cook tells everyone to be patient as he’s alone! We leave. Health dept needs to visit.

Great service, pleasant atmosphere (it was 8am on a Wednesday, for reference). Perfectly cooked food, which is normally hit or miss depending on the location and timing. Will definitely be back to this location for a weekday breakfast! Thanks team!

This location charges $2+ per glass of ice water. Confirmed with both waitresses working this was correct. Never returning to any Waffle House, and consumers shouldn’t give them business if this is going to be their standard.
