Hangry Joe's Pleasant View Hot Chicken & Wings

My colleague preorder our office lunch today. When she arrived to pick it up she said it was freshly being boxed up and was ready on time. We all enjoyed our meal. I ordered the Sando Combo and was very satisfied. The taste and freshness of the product was on point. I especially enjoyed the cider slaw and hangry sauce. The spice level I chose was no heat. After reading some of the other reviews, I was a little worried about the heat level, but there was no heat at all. It was just good seasoned food. I'll be back with my family.

Wayyyy to expensive $20+ for just six small tenders

I have been twice. The first time our chicken didn’t have any of the seasoning on it and they just gave us plain chicken. The second time there wasn’t any seasoning on the chicken except for one piece of one side of the tender. Won’t be back

I ordered some food to-go. All in all, I was less than impressed. I ordered a few extra sauces that weren't in the bag, my wife's sandwich didn't have slaw on it, the website really needs to clarify that "hangry sauce" is a very mustard-forward sauce. Not everyone likes mustard..

The biggest question I have is why would you put saucy wings in a paper box where the bottom literally can (and will) fall out. Not a well-executed situation. The mac and cheese was good tho, and the counter girl was nice. I might give it another shot down the road, but not any time soon.

Tried them for the first time and my food was Luke warm, but I decided to give them a second try this time the wings were old and dry and they forgot my fries which I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for. Mind you during each visit they were not busy at all and the two young ladies up front were amazing.

It's definitely HOT chicken, I got the mild and my nose started running. I got the chicken fingers and the funnel cake fries. Everything was very tasty! Definitely will be back! I'm so glad Pleasantview has a good chicken place now.

Got food twice and we'll the second time I got it today at around 1:30 pm it wasn't good at all. The chicken was hard like it has been pre-made and sat for hours and the mac and chicken dish was cold and tbh for it to be mac and cheese dish you barely get any mac and cheese. There is like 5-10 noddles in it but the first time the food was fresh but it had also just opened. If I got back again and it's disappointing like this again I will definitely not be going back. Place is very clean but it's also new so that is usually a given with a place that's been open for little over a week. Service has been nice as far as customer service and them being friendly.

Ate here twice today apparently I was the first person to order my tenders with angry hot level chicken. It was delicious. I think most people there were intrigued by my heat tolerance. The balance between heat and flavor was amazing. I had people coming to my table asking me questions about how I can tolerate the heat and how I would compare it to other hot chicken spots. The chicken is fried perfectly and is juicy and not dried out, the waffle fries are awesome. Just know that if you get the Angry Hot level they make you sign a waiver. I will definitely be a regular. I just hope they don’t make me sign a waiver every time. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

First time there. Ordered the wing combo in mild. Very flavorful and crunchy and fresh. Mild was the perfect heat for me. Slightly hot in spice and nice and hot in temperature. My husband got the sandwich in hot and was pleased with the heat he got. Pleasant staff and fairly clean eating area. Will go back to try their sides and salad. Very much needed alternative to fast food in Pleasant View!

I get they are the new kids on the block and there will be some settling in on various areas of the restaurant but they sure are doing a good job so far. Food is amazing! Again, some small improvements are needed. We didnt get out syrup on our first order but we had some at home. Waffles were still delicious. Keep up the good work and quality food. Prices are a bit high but the quality is there.

I decided to try Hangry Joe's today. They had quite the wait and it took around 20 minutes for my order to be ready. The food was not bad, cooked well and very tasty. My only issue is the portion sizes. For how high the prices are, you don't get much. My order of fries was very small, the loaded mac n cheese didn't have much mac, and the boneless "wings" were more like popcorn chicken. Overall, the flavor is good but the portion sizes are too small for the price.

I really enjoyed my visit to Hangry Joe's. First, the kind gentleman taking my order was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He answered all of my questions. The food came and was exactly what I ordered. It was fresh and seasoned perfectly. I will definitely be back again and I hope that same wonderful gentleman is there to take my order again.
