This place is really good when they’re open. Came here Friday - 5-19-23 and they were closed until lunchtime, came there the next day and still closed until lunchtime, came there again this morning which is 5-22-23 (Monday) and they’re closed AGAIN. If this place is gonna close and they know it, change the hours of operations online so no one wastes their time coming up there!! If they would open when they say they would and not close for NO reason whatsoever, they would get 5 stars.

It's dirty and run-down. They were friendly but got our order wrong. They did correct it but it took a long time. The food isn't that great and it's too expensive for what you get. Won't be back.

From the outside, the Family Restaurant 109 looks more like a rundown house than a restaurant. The inside also looks old. Some seats have tears, there are spots in the ceiling that could use some attention. There is nothing in the condition or decor of the building that says "you can have a filling and tasty meal Chopped Sirloin with Mushroom Gravy and two vegetable sides. The food came out quickly. It was hot, flavorful, and filling. The service was friendly. Stopping at a local eatery can be a gamble. This is a stop that pays off.

Some seats have tears, there are spots in the ceiling that could use some attention. There is nothing in the condition or decor of the building that says "you can have a filling and tasty meal Chopped Sirloin with Mushroom Gravy and two vegetable sides. The food came out quickly. It was hot, flavorful, and filling. The service was friendly. Stopping at a local eatery can be a gamble. This is a stop that pays off!
We ordered online a chicken melt ( the picture on the web shows a chicken breast it’s actually 2 frozen chicken tenders that look and taste freezer burnt ) and a club at 10:30 they said 20 minutes it’s now 11:47 and it’s still not ready. My husband been waiting for almost a hour and a half. That’s really bad service. I never want anything for free and we won’t be back, but they should have at least offered to comp something. They said they have new owners. This business will be out of business quickly.

Everything was so good! We loved the salad bar and the soup. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our waitress recommended the cheese curds and they were great! As a vegetarian they had plenty of options.

I have been here a couple times for breakfast and have absolutely no complaints. The young lady that works in the morning kind and attentive. Unfortunately today my experience wasn't as good as it has been. 1, I was not greater as in the same manner, I was just asked if I was wanting on a order. 2, I was not presented a menu to look at that I would actually need because I had never had anything besides the breakfast. 3, when I did grab a menu the girl almost expected me to know what was on it as if I'd been there every day my entire life. And when I was asked what side I wanted I said well honey I've never had anything but breakfast I don't know what there is and she proceeded to tell me the various potatoes that were available. 4, I ordered a sandwich with fries and then ordered a second sandwich. The young lady asked me about the second sandwich yes I want both of them. And finally when she handed me my order she didn't bother to check it. She just said here you go check me out and then ran off to the other side of the room. When I got the bag there was only one plate in there so I opened it and the second sandwich was missing. I said hello about 7 or 8 times and then because nobody was paying attention to me and there's three employees in the room I wave my arms around and the only table in there is looking at me like I'm crazy. Which is totally fun. But when the girl walked over to me and I said this is not right she said what's wrong I said I have a whole sandwich missing she goes no you got such and such sandwich I said yes and the other one she was over we can get that for you after I've already been here for 15-20 minutes. I'm not waiting that long for another sandwich because you decided your ears are broken. I don't understand how we can confirm that there is a second sandwich and then just totally forget about it in a matter of seconds. I will be going back for breakfast but I don't know if I'll stick around I have that little girl wait on me no more. Maybe the woman that was actually a server should have taken my water like she was supposed to instead of passing me off to somebody else so she could sweep or whatever. So Indian conclusion yes the food is delicious here and the morning services are absolutely fantastic but during the afternoon you might want to make sure that you check your order three or four times because God knows they may forget it in the next 30 seconds
