Yep! Portland, TN, (almost) has the best Taco Bell establishments in Middle Tennessee. If their Customer Service was a bit more friendly ... happier, they'd rank #1. Unfortunately, every time I pick up my order, they act like I'm interrupting their life. Otherwise, the food is "good enough to eat" and my orders have always been ready on time .. and that's better than most places around here!
As a disabled woman with limited use of only 1 hand, it is important for my food to be cute, as I can't use a nife currently. Having my food cut only partially is a problem. My son bought it for me and was very disappointed that he had to finish what should have already been done
I always place special orders here, multiple customizations for each item, and this location has never gotten it wrong. The wait time is excellent as well. The only time I've had to wait was for a $50+ order, even that was well under 15 minutes from the time I put my order in to the time I picked it up. Keep up the great work, everyone!
