“I stopped in for the very 1st time to place a to go order, and she welcomed me in the door with a hug!! She showed me to the lounge where I sat comfortably waiting on the food. OH MY, the FOOD!!! I ordered the Silly Philly with fried potatoes and it was AMAZING! I literally don't have the words, it was SO good!!!! I can NOT wait to go back and try something else!“

“We had our family Christmas brunch at the Shoney's in Powell, Tn. The manager, Danielle was so pleasant. The food was hot and fresh. The restaurant and the bathroom was clean. The employees were friendly and very accommodating. Thank you, Shoney's!“

“Quiet and friendly family Honduran spot. Not typical commercialized menu, so don't expect it. Move away from your typical palate, and give new recipes a try. When we went it was not busy at all. We've never had Honduran, and it was very filling. I would have preferred side sauces or toppings on the fish. I ordered grilled but it was fried with a batter, however it had a very mild flavor. Quesadilla was very large, served with a small sour cream cup. They did not have typical sweet or unsweetened tea, but the smoothie we ordered was amazing. The fried plantains side needed something... to dip in.

Oh and the bean dip that comes with the chips was amazing and just a touch of spice!

Bathroom was single stall and had a baby changing table available. The waitress was super sweet.
