Firehouse is generally good. Not sure what story is at this location. Came to dine in for a late lunch around 1:30, not usually a busy time.

No greeting when came in like other locations.
Several employees walking around but no one at counter. Waited 10 minutes at the counter before anyone me acknowledged I was standing here.

Rather than a normal greeting and take my order, they just said they were backed up with online orders...

Kaleb was amazing!!!! Exceptional service... He was not only a cute young guy, he was friendly... Personal and suggestive... I just want him to know that it didn't go unnoticed!!! He's definitely an asset to your company!!!

We have gone here soooo many times, and i gotta say, they r consistently good!!! I don't think we've ever had a bad trip here... They really are consistently good food with consistently good service, and that's really all that needs to b said..
