Was traveling through. Gluten allergy. First time being asked if allergy thank you at 5 guys. Staff was great. Meat quality could definitely be better. I don't eat out much and we buy meat at local meat market. Big difference in taste. So always disappointed in quality of food. Thats not employees fault. They did their jobs. Just saying.

Food has always been consistent. Staff is always friendly. Timing of having food out is a little slower for it to be a “fast food” place. I’ve always called ahead and placed Togo orders and have still had to wait 10ish minutes for my food to be ready. Thankful that it’s fresh and warm though.

Was at the house fixing to order through Grub Hub using my Amazon account. Thought prices didn’t look exactly what I recalled in store. So we went to dine in and found a difference in the cost of our burgers 🍔 and our fries. 🍟‼️ So watch out for ripoffs when ordering online for home delivery.

2024 Dine in Visit
Service was outstanding and best hot dog in Knoxville. Manager was on her game.
