Crazy how its ran...outof orange juice at 930am on a Saturday..waited 30 min for biscuits..and then on my to go order got home and biscuits had chicken grease on them them and crumbing apart where they made a chicken biscuit a gravy except i had gravy in a bowl for take out and made there switch real apparent..planning on getting corporate to get our Powell location a great place or close it up..sad way to run business...
Worst experience. Went this am, staff extremely rude and slow. Out of several items including coke. Waited 15 minutes for 2 breakfast items only to have to go inside to get them and they be ice cold. Employees yelling at each other and no manners. I would keep driving to somewhere else

WORST SERVICE, WORST HARDEES IN EAST TN! I NEVER use this Hardee’s. For the past 3 days though I have, and I regret it every time. You CANNOT get through the line in less than 20min. This morning was the worst. They rang up an extra 2 items on my order, had to refund me, then had me pull up to wait on my original order. Then the woman comes out and tells me they don’t have what they need to make my breakfast, after I’d been sitting all this time. She offered something else, I said thanks for wasting my time and left. F this Hardee’s and the employees working there. Completely and utterly sucks. DO NOT GO HERE!

Worst customer service ever. They cussed us and told us all we wanted was free food after we spent $50 and they messed up a few things and we tried to have it fixed. manager was so unprofessional!
