This establishment has some chronic issues. I’ve been to this place on four different occasions. The first two were three years ago, at that time the service was great. The last two were the last week of 2023 and first week of 2024. Both of these occasions there were no “hot and ready” pizzas. The second visit I called ahead and ordered. Management did a great job handling me as a customer. My pizza was slimy on the bottom due to a hole in the dough that they didn't catch. Typically I am questioned and management demands me to bring my pizza back (Can't blame them), but this time they treated me as if mistakes happen sometimes, which they do, and I really appreciate that. I will be frequenting here more often.20 stars for the male manager I spoke to tonight on 1/7 @ 8pm
