This has been the most disappointing Burger King location I’ve ever visited. The staff consistently appear unhappy, rarely smile, and show little to no regard for customer service. During my visit, I specifically ordered a French chicken sandwich and was instead given a regular chicken sandwich. I also asked for no tomato, yet my sandwich came with tomato. These are simple, straightforward requests, and it’s frustrating that such basic instructions were not followed. Attention to detail and respectful service should be a minimum standard—unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Best BK I have ever been in, this location care not only of the quality of the food but they take the time in placing the ingredients on the burger. Well worth a trip to eat at BK.

Very slow service. The employees are not friendly and never smile. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have never been greeted by any one upon entering the restaurant. Food seems to be consistently sloppy in my opinion. I hope that this will help motivate the management team and ensure a brighter future for this establishment.

Just riding my motorcycle through and decided to grab a quick bite inside. Wanted to try that steakhouse sandwich they had. Should have known it would have been like a someone crapped on it by the way I was treated as soon as I walked in. Now mind you, no one is inside except for me and no one is in the drive through so not busy. I paid $12 and some change. The lady that charged me seemed to have had an attitude right from the start but I'm still saying please and thank you trying to be polite and nice. When the sandwich comes out I open it up and I think there is 1 piece of bacon but can't tell cause the sauce and soggy lettuce is all over it. No tomatoes and no cheese. Just a sloppy looking hamberpatty on a bun. I took the sandwich back and said this does not appear to be the steakhouse sandwich and was told that little pice of soggy meat was a piece of bacon and they don't have the other ingredients with another attitude like it was somehow my fault. I didn't want to eat the sandwich nor deal with the attitudes. Trying to enjoy my day. Threw that crap burger in the trash and walked off. Left my tray on the table with the onion rings and drink. I'm not even going to worry about the $12. Think I'm just done with BK. Worst experience at a fast food restaurant in my life. I mean, there are some that have been bad, but this one is the absolute worse. Think I'm just going to skip lunch and wait till dinner. Ugh!!!

This place is great the workers are very friendly and professional. Kinda feel bad sometimes I go in their though because most of the time I only see two workers even when they are busy.. bit maybe someone else could be hiding in the back lol
