Tried this amazing chicken food truck for the first time today. Very nice people, decent prices. But the best part is their chicken is very obviously hand breaded and cooked to order. The only time i have ever had tenders CLOSE to this good, it was cooked at home with love. Nice to have real chicken. 10/10 recommend and i will definitely be back!

I was only in town for work. Decided to try this place out and I’m glad I did!! Everything was great from customer service, wait time, & the most important part was the FOOD!! Omg it was so good! (Full disclosure: I met the owner of |gēk|’s before I tried their food)While I was in Nashville, I decided to drive down to Pulaski, TN to check out a food bus/truck run by someone I met on a Discord server I was part of. I had no idea I was in for such a great meal.The star of the show, the chicken tenders, are phenomenal. They aren't too heavy or full of oil like other fried chicken I've had, and the tenders themselves are incredibly moist and soft. I loved every single sauce and side item I tried, including some you wouldn't expect to see on the menu (the sticky rice and satay sauce were phenomenal).I would definitely make the drive out to Pulaski again. The food is incredible, and so are the people making it.

Every time I come here, the chicken is juicy and always tastes fresh. No gristle or fatty pieces and their potato salad is phenomenal! This place is a must have any and every time I’m in town. …..so all the time! ?
Big portions, they gave us a little bit extra. Super nice people. We had chicken fingers, chicken salad, and the very best coleslaw. I'm sure we will be back.

Very friendly, always welcoming to us. We have been coming since they opened up definitely one of the best food in town highly recommended. I'd come here before dining at a local restaurant. Great service never had an issue very professional.
I've eaten at Geks 30+ times. The chicken is always cooked to order. Sides are consistently good and every single person I've had the pleasure of interacting with has been a pleasure. My only complaint is that there's not one in my town, I have to drive 27 miles to eat here! Worth it everytime.
