I can’t say enough about this place. I am from out of town and asked for a recommendation. Without hesitation, my local contact said Hickory House. This was the best steak I’ve had in recent memory. My waitress was incredibly attentive and helped me decide on a dish. I’m so glad I listened to her because my steak was cooked to absolute perfection. The slaw and baker beans were also fantastic. The employees there were so kind and friendly, and I didn’t feel like an outsider...
sadly my first time going to the hickory house in Pulaski will more likely be my very last. (Friday October 17, 2025) as soon as we walked thru the door I was stared at by a lady in the back behind the counter as if I was wearing a clown costume, very unfriendly, unwelcoming feeling. we were then seated & the lady put the menus & silverware on the table & just walked off. where we sat & looked at the menu for 17 minutes before we were greeted by a waitress who...
Saturday lunch this place was busy. A local favorite and it has been added to our list for go to for bbq. Many options, all delicious. Staff friendly and responsive. Prices reasonable.
