Over all my experience was good. Customer service was good. My only critique is to recommend you season the chicken and the batter. The meat itself was a bit bland but overall it was decent. I will definitely come back and try again. I know sometimes we all have off days.

honestly the food is amazing, but i’m not sure who takes their phone calls but whoever i got was EXTREMELY rude over the phone and a had a very lackluster attitude when i picked up my order. I know everyone has a rough day, but the attitude was so bad i almost didn’t even want to order anymore…
other than that, my food was amazing, everything was packaged correctly and it’s definitely worth trying

Boneless wings were more like round balls. U could taste the old oil ( i worked in a resturant) they were very dry and very little sauce on them. Nothing like from with i have ordered from them before. Its.been awhile but has gone.down hill. I wont b back. It would.b.cheaper and better to go kitchen 218 and cost less.

The chicken was great, especially the bone-in Buffalo chicken wings. I definitely will be going back to this location. Needs a ramp with a larger deck would help

Went to Jacks for the first time. The chicken was tender and not dry. I got the Garlic Parmesan and the Burbon BBQ. Both flavors were very good. I would definitely go back again. There is not anywhere to eat here but got it to go and was still great.
Food is so much better when owner is there. When young kids are working don't pick up phone half the time and burnt my wings, if older black guy anwsers phone your set. If kid run away

Have been getting wings and the Cajun Ranch fries here for a few years now. Wings have always been good, the hot sauce is nice and flavorful, and the fries are quite tasty. Tried the fish sandwich ($5 on Fridays) about a month ago and I dig the hell out of it.
No complaints at all with the service. I always call order in and it is ready when they say it will be.
Lady that works there younger skinny one with glasses was completely rude to me while I picked up a order and we don't confirm a order till we see the food due to places taking to long to give us the food it starts are time for delivery and holds us up I don't have issues with any other store but them confirming order means we know we have what's on the order too so orders don't get messed up for our customers.she dang near threw food at me and yes I understand that we need to confirm the order to be able to deliver it.
