This is the worst KFC that I have ever eaten at. I asked for extra mayonnaise on my chicken sandwich and was told by Justin, " we can only put a certain amount of mayonnaise on each sandwich or we run out". Insane to think that I need to take my own mayonnaise to KFC. This place sucks and so do the owners. I do not recommend this place.

First order come out wrong. The service sucked when they did get the order correct the crispy chicken was wet. You couldnāt even eat it. The bathroom, I walked into wash my hands and literally started gagging smell like outhouse like it is never been clean smell like straight piss the money you guys just spent on your parking lot. You shouldāve bought some bleach and washed the bathrooms. Oh and the first order come out and the chicken looks like it was half eaten, the owner should do something about the employees because they act like theyāre privileged And donāt want to wait on anyone everyone Iām in there had attitudes

Came in at 915 we wanted 12 piece crispy chicken, and they said only had it in wings, so i said we would wait . She said it would be 40 min to make more, which was bull shit. She was rude and had an attitude .

Iām reminded why I never eat here. Customer service is horrible. Itās never busy, so why do I have to search for someone to help me. Even tho you see me at the counter. The dark haired manager thatās a heavy set is always rude and act like he doesnāt want to help. Too overly priced to have bad customer service, coming from a former KFC worker myself.

They get my son's order wrong 3 out 5 times in Pulaski, TN Not going there anymore! !!! Up charged me because they didn't have biscuits ready, then put a biscuit in there and didn't even get the side order I payed for and didn't even get the chicken I ask for.

Every time we come here, the employees act like they are put out that anyone is ordering food and tell us theyāre out of basically the entire menu.
Tonight, we came through the drive thru at 8:45 and Google says they donāt close until 10. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich and they said it would ātake 15 minutes to cook thatā and I said āthatās fineā and was met with āyou still want it?ā Yes. We still wanted it. Then I ordered a chicken combo and was asked if I wanted white meat or dark meat and I replied ādarkā. I was then told that they didnāt have any dark meat. At all. In the building. They asked if I was sure I still wanted white meat when I said I would take it insteadā¦ā¦.
When we got to the window to pay, the employee was telling the next drive thru customer that they were out of chicken livers. They were already mopping the dining room and looked like they were shutting down.
We havenāt been back here in a long time for this reason but decided to give it another shot after some time had passed. That was a bad call.
