Food is classic tasted good. Employes have acted angry to be there the last two times i have been to this location. Found a hair or something on the chicken, was given a couple more peices without so much as a eye batting or apology. Would not recommend.

We received the food which was old and dried out. We called to tell them that we were gonna bring the food back and wanted fresh food. Got there and they tried to say that the food was fresh when the potato wedges was so dried out it looked like awful and chicken was horrible. The manager was rude and very rude to us and did not take anything serious about their job. Very disappointed in this company.

had to wait 30 minutes after being told 10, and had to go inside just to get food when 5 other cars behind got their food. Food is half way cold.

Given the history of Pulaski Tennessee I say they surprised me with how good the chicken was.
Worst online service doe Pulaski , TN. I put in an online order to be picked up 45 minutes after the order was placed. When I got it home they threw the food in the bag and the biscuits were so soggy, they fell apart when trying to pick one up. It is unbelievable how bad Pulaski's KFC IS now and i didnt get all my order.Never again will I order from KFC in Pulaski. Workers are so rude
