I had not been to Pulaski in years and had low expectations of great restaurants. I was wrong to make that assumption. Kitchen 218 really impressed us! We had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service was perfect! Bella was very helpful, professional and courteous. As I told her that day - Bella is the best! Go to Kitchen 218 if you're in Pulaski!
Kitchen was very slow, waiters were very good. Their menu is very limited

It was a little after 7:00 when we arrived, and we were seated within a minute. We got our drinks quickly & ordered. Then it went down hill. It got so loud in there that we could not carry on a conversation sitting across the table from each other. The place was not even half full. Then it took 40 minutes to get a sandwich. Since it was a long wait, I expected the food to be hot. It was not, luke warm maybe. He got the wrong fries & no horseradish. I gave him half my fries, and he got the horseradish when he was almost finished with his sandwich. We waited a long time to get the check, and when she did finally bring the check, she never came back to get the payment. We were going to pay with a card, but we finally just gave up and left cash and just left.
Excellent drink menu. Had the “Deeper Purpose Porter”. Food took a long time to come from the kitchen even though place didn’t appear very busy. Ordered the egg rolls (excellent by the way) and the Chipotle Quesadilla with steak. Appetizer took about 15 minutes to come out of the kitchen, and the quesadilla took about 35 minutes. However, the steak was not chopped or sliced before they put it in the quesadilla, so it was nearly impossible to eat as intended. Flavor was good, but definitely would not order the quesadilla again.

I'm sorry but if I'm honest it was not worth the money. I took a chance on the bacon wrapped steak cooked medium like I usually like my steaks. It was cooked medium but it had no flavor, even the bacon didn't have flavor. My daughter says the chicken strips were the worst she has had ( they weren't that bad too me but they certainly didn't but some other day did joints lol). The waitress was extremely helpful and nice so I'm knocking her at all.

I have dined/drank here a few times in the past while attending retreat with TAFCE/UT Extension and have always had a great experience. Today, the “owner” ended our meal with “you need to pay your bill and leave” + “you’ve already made the server cry and she had go to the kitchen to compose herself”. We never complained once… even though we seated our self (per the sign), we had to go to the bar to order happy hour cocktails that took forever because the “owner/bartender” was chatting with a gentleman in the back of the restaurant. We had to ask for silverware + water. The food was so so. One of us ordered steak and received the last small amount of A-1 sauce in the entire restaurant. When we received our check, we asked to see the menu again since the cocktails did not reflect a happy hour price and that’s when the owner came out with a menu and said “you need to pay your bill and leave”. We decided that it would be best to pay the bill at the bar as to not disturb our server anymore. As my friend approached the bar to pay she overheard “here she comes” from other customers sitting at the bar. Obviously the owner/bartender had been talking smack about us. Today is my birthday and I was so embarrassed by the up-in-the-face rude treatment that was received by the owner at the end of our meal. I had invited a friend that was there for the first time and regretted taking them there. I will NEVER dine here again while in town and I will share this experience with the rest of our members.

My sons and I absolutely loved our visit yesterday. We drove just under an hour to visit this small town of Pulaski, TN just so we could come and experience the delectable desserts I saw on their website. We, of course, partook of their regular food too, but knew that we knew that we knew were would not leave without dessert. Props to the gifted pastry chef. 🙌🏻 The beauty and elegance and crazy good flavor and texture of these high-class desserts are a bit shocking to find hidden in this quaint little downtown area right across from a local tractor supply store, but wow, they do bring that touch of elegance to Pulaski!!! Oh yes - and by the way, the regular food was super tasty as well. My sons, as per usual, ordered their wings. Both said they were super good. They had a variety of sauce offerings if one wanted to go that route with their wings. I opted for the 67 Fastback burger with peach bourbon jam! What!!!! Yum!!! Neeway, I will go back…and perhaps this time enjoy more of the old, smalltown shops there. I would strongly recommend this restaurant.

Great Place! Nice atmosphere, clean, great service and selection! I had the Brisket grilled cheese sandwich with thin seasoned steak fries and my husband had the Mango Habanero wings and Mac-n-Cheese. DELICIOUS! Had Bearded Iris on tap! Everything we had was quality which is harder to find. Definitely will be back.

Just ate here. Lousy service, ambivalent attitudes, and we had to constantly ask for everything that is basic in restaurant service like napkins, flatware, drinks, etc. the food was just okay but overpriced. They give you a total for cash and one for using a card. When an establishment expects to charge more than most restaurants in the area, I also have expectations like good customer service. I felt compelled to ask them if they’d like to pay me to consult with them on industry standard customer service. I don’t think I’ll be back.
