Just sent my son to pick up one pizza and cheese bread. He had to wait 30 minutes. Was given the wrong pizza. Cheese bread and pizza were both off tasting. Inedible. On top of that, they charged him $21.00. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered a day in advanced, 24+ hours for it to be ready by a certain time and they did not even start the order when we went to pick it up. VERY POOR customer service on their behalf. This is a terrible look on their establishment like their customers do not matter. There needs to be a change or some sort of refund for not meeting the needs of their customers. What’s the point of ordering in advanced if it isn’t even going to be acknowledged?

I walked in and waited approximately 7minutes had 2 employees look straight at me and never bother to wait on me. The young guys working all stay behind the oven in prep area. This is not how a business should treat their customers. Manager called for someone to help me ,no one came just continued to play in the back. She had to stop what she was doing for me to get service.

My husband got really sick Friday night after we ate the pizza. Someone didn’t wash their hands correct or at all & it cost you a customer. Please don’t let this happen again with someone else.
Very cold night, we used the drive thru to pick up a called in order. The lady working at the window was on her cellphone, and while food was good, the pizza was not cut anywhere near evenly.
