Great food highly recommend

My wife and I were visiting the area and stopped in for dinner. We'd walked from the hotel next door, so we decided to splurge and get a pitcher of top-shelf margaritas. They weren't as flavorful as we'd hoped, but they were QUITE strong! I loved my Chile Colorado and refried beans - the rice was OK. My wife's shrimp tacos came out cold but the staff quickly replaced them. All in all we were reasonably happy with our experience.

After waiting for about 20 minutes for service, my husband had to go ask the hostess to get us a waiter. The woman who came to take our drink order was rude and then it took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. When the waiter finally came with the drinks we were able to order (a plate of nachos, which we were sharing). This again took quite some time to receive, and it was missing a key ingredient. After finishing our meal, we once again had to seek out the hostess in order to get our bill.
Needless to say, we won't be spending anymore of our money here.

I usually love Senor Lopez but we had a bad experience on this trip! Our waitress was rude and never checked on us after food was delivered. Food portions were way smaller then usual as well. We had a large group and never even received any drink refills the whole time we were there.

Excellent service! Elizabeth was super nice to us! The food is amazing and the portions are very big! The fajitas single is enough for 2 people.

This USED to be an ok Mexican restaurant when it first opened, our last experience was not great but we thought we would give them one more chance to change our minds but it was horrible to the tune of inedible. We had such simple request, but the tacos were so chewy you could not eat them and my chicken taco salad poured with grease??? Really didn’t know chicken made so much grease but it was the least flavor ever for taco salad I’ve ever had with very minimal items in the salad. This restaurant has gone down hill drastically and we will never throw our money away at it again.

Parking: Plenty of room for parking and plenty of table space to eat.

1st time and last time going! Due to a language barrier. I inquired about a menu item. What I wanted was not what I ordered. I only took a few bites and didn't want the rest. When she came back to the table. She asked if everything was ok... I replied back "no". She then removed the plate from the table. Instead of retrieving the manager. She returned with our ticket and still charged us with the plate. She knew I didn't eat it, and she knew that I was unhappy about the plate. She also was the one who cashed us out. No apologies or anything. In fact.. she printed our ticket.. left it on the counter, and walked away. What a way to represent the restaurant. I would highly suggest putting this place last when choosing a Mexican restaurant in Pulaski. At least Tacobell will tell ya to have a good night after taking your order.
