Every time I order my food( usually nightshirt. Day shift is really good about making everything perfect) they mess it up, something is either missing or not made right at all. I made an order at 1 in the morning I was craving their food and the put sour cream on my boyfriends nacho Bell grande which he can’t eat then on my beefy five layer that I souped up and made it 7 to 8 dollars almost they put way more beans I asked for easy beans they put at least a regular size. If not more they didn’t put the nacho fries that I paid 60 extra cents to get put in they didn’t give me the extra sour cream nor the extra nacho cheese that I had asked for they also forgot to put my chips and cheese in the bag, which I also paid for. changes need to be made, and I feel that the establishment needs to do better… respectfully. And I don’t care if I sound like a Karen this happens every time and I just wanted my freakin food.

The lady taking our order kept asking if we were ok because we were laughing and having a good time. She seemed really annoyed that someone was enjoying themselves because she clearly wasn’t. At least the food was good. I’d definitely make a switch with whoever is running your speaker.

Me and my kids under the age of 13 went right after church soon as we walk in a man is screaming and cussing at the top of his lungs at employees at this point my kids are to excited for tacos so we as we approach the counter we smelled a strong strong oder of weed the man is still cussing so loud it's hurting our ears he turns around and sees us and storms off to the back this nice young lady seen me looking confused apologize to me I asked her who that man was and she said sorry that's my store manager he's just having a bad day I noticed by the time she took my order the smell was gone but anyways my kids heard more cussing in those few minutes than they heard in there whole life I dont understand how tacobell would ever keep a store manger that talks to their employees like that and God forgive me but if I was one of those employees I would have took him out back and put them gloves on poor employees for having to work there just trying to make a living putting up with that I run my own construction business and with some rough men that are in and out of jail and never heard the nasty things said that they're manger did to them stay away from this place those poor workers employees say this isn't the first time this has happened

The cashier was very helpful and friendly. Smiled all the time. She definitely needs a raise. Made our experience great 😃👍.

Don't it in an application to this place. It is the worst place to work, I should know because I am a former employee. The general manager Tyler refuse to give breaks even though it is a state law. If you ask him for your break he will tell you that people over 18 years old do not receive breaks which is a lie. Multiple employees have quit because of Tyler. He cannot keep employees. His boss does not like employees to take their breaks they deserve either. When audit season rolls around it the worse with Tyler. He would not be so worried about the audit if he did not have something to hide. If you go to this Taco Bell and see an employee today there is a good chance that they will not be there for very long. I don't what happened to me to happen to anyone else. If you can help it, wait until a much better job comes along. If you get hired here you will leave crying every day you work. Avoid this place.

$15 order, ROCK hard chalupa. Steak burritos with no filling (really?) that mimics a cheese roll up. This is something I expect from Ardmore, just bad bad. Anyone reading this just avoid Pulaski and Ardmore and drive to Athens for good Taco Bell. Ffs
