My mom took my children to get food. While ordering she asked for no sour cream. Keep in mind... she ordered a nachos bell grande, and and 3 doritos locos tacos supreme. After passing the speaker my 5yr old from the back of the car says, "Nona, i do want cream on my tacos". When making it to window my mother says to them, "i know that i said no sour cream, but he said he does want it, so could i just get a small cup of sour cream?" The girl at the window proceeds to tell my mom that she will have to pay extra for a cup of sour cream. My mom explains to the girl that she has ordered 4 items that come with sour cream and it doesn't cost any less for her to have no sour cream on them so she is confused that she is now having to pay for sour cream since technically she has already paid for it. The girl gets mad and says how she didn't charge my mom for sour cream because she said she didn't want it. (Keep in mind there were no deductions on the price of her meal) My mom just gives her the 60 whatever cents that she says the sour cream costs and say how it's just ridiculous since she already paid for it. I guess that frustrated the girl at the window because she continues to try and argue with my mom about weather or not she did or didn't pay for the sour cream already. My mom just says I've now paid you twice for my sour cream so can i just get it so i can go. The girl now tells my mom that she isn't getting anything if she doesn't calm down. This goes on for a while and multiple employees decided to come up there and get involved to get loud with my mother, who is asking to having the sour cream so she can just be done and leave. Then, some random women who had been outside smoking and hearing the discussion comes just to my moms car window and flashes her drivers license claiming that she is a police officer (she is wearing normal clothes and has no badge) this women proceeds to get involved and a few more comments are made about how my mother is supposedly over reacting. My mom said please just give me what i have paid for so i can leave. The girl at the window finally does so and my mother leaves. All of this has happened infront of my 5yr old and my 1yr old. My mother was extremely stressed after, and the experience was ridiculously blown out of proportion and should have never happened.My parents ran a sonic for years and fully understand what it's like working with the public. Thats why even though she didn't agree she vocalized it, but went ahead and paid the extra for a "side" of sour cream. The fact that the girls ego was so hurt by it that she continued to try and cause an issue even after my mom paid the extra is outrageous! Then her and multiple other employees contuing to harass my mom and saying how she wasn't getting anything (even after she paid for all of the food and the "extra" sour cream) was even more ridiculous. As for the women impersonating a police officer. That is a felony and may be something i want to pursue further after making sure to verify your identity with our friends at the police department as to weather or not you are infact a police officer.

I ordered on line the 5.99 exclusive. My crunchwrap supreme hardly had any meat, my 5 layer burrito had little meat and I ordered it with tomatoes, it barely had any at all on it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the young girl who gave me my food, she was so sweet.

The food is good here but my issue is on every visit I have to request a full cup of cheese for the nacho fries. If not they only fill it half to almost half full. I always order extra cheese sauce and if I don't tell them to fill the cups I end up getting 2 partially filled cups that equal one so im basically paying for the extra and not getting it. This is every single visit. Also, several times I've ordered the chicken quesadilla and they have mistakenly placed Chipotle sauce on it instead of the jalapeño ranch which tastes horrible. I'm not sure if the bottles are labeled for the employees or not but this mix up keeps happening and I end up having to trash the food I paid for.
