We went for breakfast. My husband had 2 eggs and country ham, and a side of biscuits and gravy. The ham alone was the size of a dinner plate. I had the cheeseburger and fries. Wonderful. The biscuits are light and fluffy. Melted in your mouth. Perfection! The cheeseburger was so good . Fresh, with everything on it. The curly fries were not curly, but they were crispy. Wish they were offered in a larger portion. The sweet tea was fresh and very delicious. Highly recommend. Will return. Meals are very reasonably priced. Environment clean. Comfortable.Parking: Plenty of space

Located in the small community of Ramer, this is off the beaten track. Found my way to Ramer to visit the next door butcher shop on a friend's recommendation. This restaurant is barely visible but the food was very reasonably priced and very good. Breakfast menu items are all your conventional egg and meat variations with pancakes and omelets. Lunch options vary daily with plate luncheons and a range of standard sandwiches like most diners. The one rather unusual sandwich on the menu was the slugburger known best in nearby Corinth, Mississippi, but featured here as well. I'll have to return to try it out. This morning my choice was conventional eggs, sausage and grits and they were very, very good.
