Off the beaten path, this is a nice stop for pretty standard Southern diner food. Nice salad bar and the hamburger steaks we had were good. Service was fast and friendly. Owner and his wife work elsewhere and run this restaurant as a sideline. The restaurant has a railroad theme which is appropriate to celebrate the town's railroad history. Interesting way of preparing steak... Tasted pan seared... in an old seasoned skillet... Tater tots had the same strange flavor. It wasn't horrible, but not great either. Probably wouldn't go back. Staff was very friendly.
