“The manager on duty, a beautiful black woman I can’t remember her name, answered my phone call and was able to make me the one thing I have been craving and searching for for MONTHS. Why KFC stopped doing the spicy famous bowl, I don’t know but it was a bad idea. She made my whole WEEK. It’s hot, spicy, fresh, and so delicious. Thank you!! Forget about anyone saying anything negative about this location. They’re just rude. I not only got service that was above and beyond, but speedy and kind as well.
