It is clear that this franchise has made great improvements in their training and implementation. Yesterday, I was served by a young man named David. He clearly knew everything to ask, got the order out quickly, and was very kind. I’m so glad to see what they are doing! Go by and catch them doing a great job!
Took over an hour to get a mobile order I had already paid for. My screen said it was being brought out 20min after placing it, and it never came out. This is ridiculous. I buzzed it twice and they said they’d have it right out and never did. They only have one carhop doing all the orders.
