They were not busy, but it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Server did not return to check our drinks for that entire time. (Many of us had empty cups) Had 5 adults and 3 children at table, so she added tip on to everyones bill. She knew she was getting a tip whether we received service or not.
Very POOR service. Will not return
My family and I ate here last week on the way back from the zoo in Memphis. The service was terrible. We’ve been here 3-4 other times and this was by far the worst experience. There were enough of us to make our bill include an automatic tip which I have no problem with. However I expect decent service when you’re getting a $25+ tip.
