No doubt. Previous reviews were spot on. This was a great choice for wife's monumental birthday dinner. Environment, food and service were great.

We ate there last night was not impressed at all I had the sirloin it was just okay thought it would have been marinated a little more my wife had the prime rib burnt tips they had a glaze on them that had a strange taste

First time here & won't be the last! Everything was incredible!!! Our server, Brianna, was wonderful. The food from appetizer to dessert tasted absolutely delicious. We celebrated my birthday & they even put a candle in my bread pudding w/ whiskey sauce (which was divine!). I can't say enough good things about our experience here. If you haven't tried them yet, definitely do! We'll be back for sure. Thank you!!!

They couldn't seat us on time for our reservation because they ran out of chairs. It took a long time to get the filets we ordered and all four of them were overcooked.

Honestly some of the best food I've had in a while. I'm an out of towner from several major cities and this is on par with some of the best restaurants in those cities. Also, the best key lime pie I've ever had

Americano is terrific. Never had a bad meal here. The service is outstanding. Faith was our server tonight and she was terrific. If Faith is not here, ask for Morgan. You won’t get better service anywhere.

I can't remember our server's name, but she was ADORABLE! We went on a Saturday at 3 PM. While they still advertise an early menu online, that is not offered. So, don't be confused. I suppose there is the chance you can ask for that menu, but it wasn't offered to us when we sat down. The place is basic, honestly, but for Roan Mountain, it's nice. It is by no means a metropolitan, modern vibe and neither is the clientele. The food is good and reasonably priced. Service is EXCELLENT! Not fine dining detailed, but the young men and women are so polite and kind! I mean, super sweet and lovely. We will absolutely go back! Just don't expect a fine dining experience if you live in a city of .5-1 million people.

The food was delicious, the service was great, our server Brianna forgot a glass of wine we asked for, but we decided we didn't need it. She brought it up, and apologized profusely. They should get a port on the wine menu. The atmosphere had gotten better since we went last time, but possibly putting a dimmer on the lights, and bringing the lighting down two ticks would make it a more upscale vibe that they seem to be going for. Overall it was great, and I would recommend it. The chef, Tyler Higgins, made a delicious steak. We had the tomato as a side which my hunny loves, the molten lava cake and bread pudding were really good desserts.

Victor, our server, was outstanding! Friendly, helpful, and very attentive. We had an excellent shrimp cocktail, and the Greek salads were so fresh and delicious. We happened to come in after several large parties, so there was a delay in getting our entrees but the quality of the food definitely made up for the wait. It was worth it! The steak and salmon were grilled to perfection. The sauteed spinach and broccolini were excellent.
I highly recommend the carrot cake and bread pudding!

What a great first experience at Americano! Service was excellent. Briana our server was soooo attentive and made us feel right at home. We had the Calamari app and a cup of the French onion soup. Both were great. Entrees were the grilled salmon and americano burger. Great again. Can't wait to go back to this Gem in cloudland!

My husband and I just had our first meal at the Americano Steak House in Roan Mt. and it was superb, from the service to the food.
I ordered the Hawaiian ribeye, medium and my husband got the stuffed grouper. Both were very good. My steak was cooked perfectly and had the best taste.
We look forward to stopping again next time we're in the area!

We have never had bad food at Americano Steak House. We were there last night to celebrate our 29th anniversary and it was amazing as always. The cheese planks are amazing , the steak and salmon was also. We ended with lava cake which was also great.
