Last evening was perfect with our delicious meals, drinks and friendly service. My two friends joined me and we had such a wonderful time as we had good conversation and a great dining experience. Thank You, Victor, and all the staff at the Americano! We’ll be back.

As always service and food was beyond expectations. I even made a reservation for the wrong day and was happily seated regardless. Highly recommended and well worth it! Thank you!

Sitting outside was so pleasant. The only noise was road traffic but much better than the usual noise level inside. However, the noise volume inside is far outweighed by the quality of the delicious food!!! The only issue was the server assigned to our outside table never showed up. A very sweet server from the table next to us, Genesis, finally came over and offered to take our order. From there on, the service she provided was excellent!

A terrific Resturant with excellent food. The place is always full and staff seems stretched, so, timely service is not available. The staff is capable and works hard. The matriarch receptionist is not customer oriented, while trying to be helpful she borders on rude. I very much like this place and will return. Fingers crossed that the service will improve!

Simply stated, Americano doesn't disappoint. We've been here several times and everything is always top notch from perfectly blended drinks, to amazing mains and fantastic desserts. On really crowded nights, the noise level can get intense, but we did an early seating last night and noise wasn't a problem at all.

Food was great, expensive but great. I do feel like it was worth the money. BUT!!! Do not eat inside! There is nothing in the building to capture sound. Conversations of other people bounce of the walls and made me have a headache. It was insanely loud! We ended up moving to a table outside. I feel sorry for the people who have to work there everyday

Americano never disappoints. Matter of fact it always hits. Troy and company run the best restaurant in east tn. My wife and I love going there either with friends, family, or just the two of us. I love the NY strip with shrimp and Marsala sauce. From appetizers to desserts, all around amazing. Thank you guys !

Great food, excellent service but had a singer resulting in very high noise level

Very delicious!! The restaurant could use a little more "atmosphere befitting a high-end restaurant", it felt more like a good diner. I know we are in the mountains but if you want to compete 🙃. The food was definitely on par!!!

Food was killer and vibe was great. Service was a little slow from server.

Food was good as well as the service. It's called a steak house but did not have the feel of one. It was way more casual but that was ok. I will return in the future but it didn't wow me.

First time eating at Americano Steak House in Roan Mountain, TN. After reading reviews, we arrived excited with high expectations . However, I'd rate our experience 2.5 out of 5. Here's why: First, they were out of the house favorites (Hawaiian steak & the mashed potatoes that went with the entrees). The dining room was super loud and wasnt even full. Kids were screaming, loud adults, etc. Tables are put too close together i couldn't even hear my spouse or server speaking to me. The chicken Marsala was way too tough i couldn't finish it, and what should have came with it wasn't available because there were no mashed potatoes left to serve. So all I had on the side were two little pieces of broccolini (crunchy and not steamed enough). My spouse got Jim's filet & it was far undercooked and super fatty. I know this from eating at Gourmet and Juniper and a lot of different places in the area as well, fillet mignon should never be that fatty and full of gristle. The knife should glide right through it. When you are paying over $50 for a steak, you want it to be made correctly the first time-we didn't send anything back or waste any more of our time there so we decided to get our check. Before the 20% tip, it was $120 for an uncooked steak, unedible chicken, and 2 drinks. My spouse had Coke and I got one glass of Pinot Grigio. (I asked for extra lemons in the beginning and my waitress never brought them, I had to ask twice just for lemons for water). I thoroughly enjoyed the Pinot Grigio. It was only $7 a glass, not bad for the wine which is why I'm rating 2.5 stars. I don't understand the extra liquor, county, & state taxes. That was an extra $8 to our bill just for my wine. Overall we haven't decided if we will or will not be returning for the not so good food and too loud of an atmosphere to enjoy family time together or date night if you can't hear one another. Maybe it was just an off night for them but we were not pleased or impressed at all.
