In rural Tennessee, most of the little stores/markets have a small diner in them. New to the area, I’ve been trying them all, this market is outstanding! I wasn’t sure what to get because it all Sounded good, looked good and it smelled like heaven in there. I settled on the ole tried and true cheeseburger, they DO make a good one! I VERY much look forward to trying their breakfast, dinner, chicken fried steak and catfish on the weekends. If your uncertain about where to eat or what to get, this place has just what your looking for..........GREAT food at a good price served with a smile. Keep up the good work!

We visited Rock Island State Park and enjoyed several meals at the cafe. Breakfast and lunch were delicious and made to order by the wonderful staff. Fresh ingredients made just like Grandma’s house. We can’t remember the waitresses name but she was amazing, she offered to make my wife her favorite breakfast even though it was not on the menu that day. We would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the area.

Oh my....we could eat here everyday! Yes it's that good, people. Catfish dinner is so flavorful and crisp and the hush puppies are the best. The desserts are so good, many people buy a whole pie to take home. Only con, it's always busy, so one may have to wait a few moments. Highly recommend.

We went because we had heard they had good catfish good isn't right it is GREAT. Small restaurant in the back of store and the fish is only available on weekends. During the week they have plate lunches that are very good but get there early its popular and they run out. You can't go wrong.

We are staying at Rock Island State Park and this is nearby so we have it a try. We were very satisfied with the food, the service and the price. I highly recommend the hamburger steak with fries and a side salad. There is also a cool bait and tackle store in the same building. Sweet!

Everyone recommended Rock Island Market & Cafe and they did not let us down. Get catfish, pizza or bait all in the same location, and pick up your fishing license too while you are here. Ordered the catfish and it was fantastic crisp and not greasy not to mention tasting great! Good service from friendly people, happy to be there. I can't recommend this place enough if you want nothing fancy just good food served fresh and fast.
